Guys I found a 52v battery that fits on the same battery rail and the screen has a 52v setting in the options. Well test it soon to see if any performance changes.

It's weird how so many moped style ebikes come with those exact same handlebars. Mine too, i thought they were way too high, so i changed them to a shortened mountain bike handlebar. Installed a handlebar extender for my display. I like the handlebars lower for better control. Feels much more solid now. I regret not getting the dual battery, dual motors scare me in deep sand, and gravel on the road. I ride sand washes and desert trails daily. Im curious if anyone else changed their handlebars?

They say the battery is removable but I've tried taking it off using the key and it feels like it's on there good like it's not supposed to come off. Have you been able to remove the battery?
Yes. You'll need to use its key to unlock it. Then it slides off rail.

This is on my list as well as their first bike, (I forget the name). Considering its my first e-bike I figured I'd stay around a 1000 and then I'll know what I want outta my next bike. I almost bought a $4k bike but realized that's probably not smart for a first bike. The only thing I dont like is the handle bars being so narrow. Same reason I dont like the Grizzly. Can u fit your phone on those bars?
It would be easy to buy some inexpensive handlebars to your liking on Amazon or bike sites. Lots of options out there, easy to change out.
How many miles can this roughly get on one battery charge before it dies? I’m trying to get one I can ride from one side of Philly to the other but don’t want it dying on me part way 😂
Realistically 20 miles if you don't pedal maybe a bit more if you don't use front motor. I have an Amazon list of other bikes with bigger batteries the Cupid and Tamobyke with extra battery both are similar prices except without dual motor and more range.amzn.to/3OxwTDo

Looking at getting this for my first ebike. I'm 6 foot 3 inches though. Seat height listed at only 27 inches, but accommodating for up to 6 foot 5 inches? Anyone taller have this bike? How comfortable is pedaling?
@@xSHOT26x I'm 6,1 and didn't make any adjustments and was able to pedal fine. Furthermore the rear shocks can be adjusted higher or lower we tested right out of the box. Also Green is on sale currently and use our Amazon link to help support the channel. Thanks
Can you change the battery to increase range ?? Which one ? 52v ?
Yes most sellers will sell you a second battery. And yes this has the option on the screen to change the voltage. I just tested the Ghostcat f2.2 and it has a 52v battery and it does fit the S8 and it works I've tested it.

@@robertballard2879 we just tested the Ghostcat f2.2 pro it has a 52v 20ah battery and it fits on the S8 battery rail. Then I went to the voltage settings and chose 52v . Lift the bike up and zoom it works. Can't tell if any performance gains. Will have to test when the weather allows. Ok so back to the battery last I seen ghostcat advertised a separate battery for $325 .
How does it compare to the Grizzly it replaced?
It's easier to move around being lighter. Has turn signals and cruise control my grizzly didn't have. Glad I sold my grizzly a few months after I sold it . It stopped working and Ariel Rider wouldn't sell my friend parts because him or I wasn't the original owner.
How do you take it out of PAS and just use the motors without pedaling like what the guy in the video is doing!
The guy in video is me and you twist the grip on right of handlebar.

Is it seat real 31.2"? I'm 5'3, is that suit for s8?
The rear shocks have some adjustments to go lower. We tested right out of the box.

Possibly but I tested it basically out of the box. The Amazon add says 35 . Perhaps it can be unlocked. I believe we were first to review so not a lot of video out about it.
Maybe new controller . It seems slow it struggled to reach 28 . I watched another video on it and he was riding on smooth ground and struggled to reach 30
Got it to 45 mph go to p18 in settings and go all the way to 150 will drain your better a bit more but still good for mile range also they way to get into the settings press’s the up and down arrow buttons at the same time until screeen switch them press M to select the setting screen you want in this case we want “p18” and then let go of everything should go faster awesome bike!!

@@robertballard2879 your correct sorry about that the setting is p08 and if set to 100 that’s the maximum speed which a lot of users got it to 30 to 35 mph 👍
What is the top speed on this?
@@GaigeEastveld tested right out of the box 31.7 . However many folks have unlocked it for more speed .

Ours was tested straight Out of the box. According to the company
1. Turn the throttle to bottom, and hold the brake
2. Switch on the e bike, after 5 seconds, release the throttle and brake.

Your camera is position wrong, can’t see your speed or anything!
Keep watching I fix the camera position. Wasn't going to reshoot over that.
The battery is UL certified only downfall and the company is unheard of.
