Great video! Although one small comment… rewriting something you did to help you reflect isn’t going to be helpful time wise. It just eats up time and that seems counter-productive to somebody like you who values time so much. Get a simple planner and write everything in it. Cross out what you get done and then go back at the end of the day or week and see what you accomplished, then use all that extra time you would have spent rewriting everything to watch a Retro Rick video! That sounds like way more fun loool.

Hey Caleb, about 15:20 not at all! When you're used to being a one-person operation, doing everything yourself, it's not so obvious to let go. Having a team can be incredibly freeing, but it's also a learning curve... trusting that your team is as committed as you are to the business. That's no small feat, so give yourself credit for taking that step to rely on others and share the load. Proud of what you accomplished!

Trusting your employees to do their job, and do it well for an adequate or above adequate pay is what you should expect. Also people who use the term "Team" when referring to their employees make me vomit. I have yet to meet a single manager or above that uses that term and actually means it in the same way sports players do. It's just a gimmick along with calling your employees a "family" they can join, almost cult like.
from the understanding i have, people use his game buy list / app to scan and send him boxes of games, he has lists showing the prices, requiring the games and cases be 9/10 quality to be accepted without a deduction, they get paid within a week of the package arriving and he pays 60-90% market rate for the item or more. (which is somthing most cannot i personally buy peoples games at 50% and that only allows me 15% profit if that) He then fixes or cleans if needed and then sends them into amazons FBA program. which you need to bag the games ina clear poly bag and stick a label on them for amazon to scan, they will store the game and when it sells on amazon you get paid, you must pay a tiny fee about 10 cents a month per game after 180 days of being in amazons warehouse. (when your on amazon if its says fulfillment by amazon or FBA that means someone gave it to amazon to hold onto and sell/ship for them. amazon gets more cut of it BUT you dont have to deal with shipping, selling, packing or anything. I personally wanted to do this route because you get 10-30% more then ebay but unfortunately i had issues with amazon business side so i just use ebay.

I made a tribute to him using the classic 90's toys with footage from Burton, Nolan, Arkham and Injustice but I don't got ur reach, and he deserves much bigger tribute.
