I do well on marketplace, gotta hit them with Kody with a K tactic and ask people who are selling random items or moving sales if they’ve got anything game related
any good deal on fb marketplace practically gets snatched within the first few minutes on post. you have to be glued to fb market everyday to have a chance.
It totally defeats the purpose of selling someone on using paypal goods and services if you're also throwing it in there that you're not sending payment until tracking is sent. That isn't how you make sellers feel more comfortable. You pay first and wait for the seller to do their part of the process. If they fail to follow through, you're covered by PayPal. This is terrible advice to give to people. As a seller for 25 years + online, I'm not dealing with any buyer that isn't going to pay me until I hand off the item for shipping. Let's share logical and well established ways to buy and sell. These types of transactions are exactly why some people will not deal with (illogical) buyers/sellers.
Here in the uk you find a great deal then another buyer will come along and tell them there selling it too cheap because they didnt find it first . Then the seller comes back to you asking for more cash
Marketplace around me is mostly dead. I am active on there and maybe have had 2 small lots in the last year. Most all ads are people asking over market prices for broken, dirty, incomplete items and when asking for a larger bundle they wont discount a penny. (Im talking about multi thousands of dollar bundles). I will be putting my time elsewhere, the time vs reward on marketplace is about equal to looking for loose change in the grocery store parking lot.
2 weeks ago I had a deal lined up, messaged her I was 2 mins away and she said don't bother it was just sold. I gave her some choice words as it was a 40min drive on my end
scammers galore, but it actually makes it better because most resellers give up looking… if you know what to avoid, know the hallmarks of the legit listers, then it’s gravytrain to pound town! 😂
The thing that's hardest for me on marketplace is having to explain the process of the trade to some people. Like you, I get offers of a dusty PS2 and some sports games for a brand new OLED switch. Some people freakout when I try to tell them I need more or better games. Usually it results in me getting a negative review on my marketplace profile from some clown. Frustrating, really.
marketplace in my area of florida is a joke lol every time its sorry someone is on the way...doesn't even matter if the listing says posted 2 mins ago..then if you even get to be the one on the way to a deal you run risk of getting 10 mins away and they say sorry I just sold it they were closer..just not even worth it cause thats happened to me plenty of times. I have better luck just going to yard sales to get bundles
With how cheap you just bought all of this stuff, I can't imagine how little he ended up paying for it. Meanwhile I can't get someone to accept less than $100 on an NES lol
He said off the ”top of his head”. He may have had a general idea but not the actual price chart value. I asked myself that too and that’s the only idea I could come up with. I just had a biscuit for breakfast, but you still gave my mind something to eat. 👍😆
With All the reselling you do I don’t know why you aren’t in a reselling discord. I won’t put you on unless you ask but damn you don’t even have an employee monitoring restocks with bot or something💀💀😂like bruh you could be hittin all the different aves that aren’t time wasting time to go to the convention or garage sales to find shit
Everyone is a reseller now for the most part cause of you and Phoenix and Facebook is usually only worth it if you’re making more selling on Amazon sadly. So yeah it’s dead
For the most part, marketplace is about luck. After watching this, I do wonder if by you posting an item on marketplace, you list a price and mention in the listing “ will also trade for games, etc”. Might get lucky with that. I’m more into Lego. If anyone has tried that let me know if it’s worth trying to trade in that way
I love how Juan is just looking around during the XYAB ad read, not knowing what to do. XD
We definitely caught him off guard with that one

yeah 100%.
@trevor245 size of items being sent you would have already printed off the shipping label with tracking before you drop it off.
@@Braymond141 he’s just made a 2.5k sale… i think he’s doing ok mate
Totally agree, paying goods and services already protects the buyer, no way a seller would just ship their stuff off and hope they get payment.
Isn't this what ebay does? The payment isn't given to you until tracking is uploaded.
You definitely make it easy for people to sell you items. Always great seeing the deals on video too. Your sign off is my favorite. Bartle do 🤘🏼
To many scammers on marketplace
such a time waster around me, just not worth it

Where I live people think they have gold and want to sell everything well above market value.
With how cheap you just bought all of this stuff, I can't imagine how little he ended up paying for it. Meanwhile I can't get someone to accept less than $100 on an NES lol
I will be your under $100 nes dealer 😂
Goods and services refunds work great. I've never lost a case. Just have to provide pictures of the conversation.
I'm certainly looking for a nes action set box for my console
So Juan looks for stuff to flip but “didn’t know the value”

but he doesn't test anything before buying games from individuals? There's necessarily ones that don't work especially with vintage games
Dreamcast was an amazing console
Go Lions!
