oestrogen? How about applying the Fenugreek externally, locally only on the hair loss region only? -- instead of ingesting it and having oestrogen all over inside

Indians have been using it since ages and I've always heard of it being beneficial for hair. I believe it to be true.
Thoughts on topical melatonin?
Does this apply for women? Thanks.
Great to see how nature has solutions too.
It’s fascinating actually.
Don't hold your breath on these..I tried the natural route and got nowhere with it until finally caving into finasteride which halted all hair loss for me.
@@toddthomas6593 what natural things did you try?
Another stupid video by fake doctor and another naive person who doesn’t understand anything. Obviously a lot of people drink tea every day and they are bald.
@@toddthomas6593 What did you try?
Is the tea taken internally or dabbed on the scalp?
On the scalp
so do we take fenugreek seeds powder or fenugreek leaves powder?
oil
Only recently heard about Pumpkin Seed Oil being a DHT blocker. Interesting. Was hoping you might get into more of the specifics on how to use these supplements. It sounded like you were suggesting taking these internally. Would there be any benefit on using these oils topically?
You can do both but he was talking about taking it orally
Pine cone racoon urine also helps stimulates the follicle cells helping it work
Yes, they can be applied topically actually. I mention the use of Pumpkin Seed Oil Topically here:
👉 ruclips.net/video/d5P92cZUFbs/видео.html
Do you have to drink the tea or put on your head?
Use it as a hair rinse after you shampoo your hair leave it on for about 15mins than rinse it out
oestrogen? How about applying the Fenugreek externally, locally only on the hair loss region only? -- instead of ingesting it and having oestrogen all over inside
DHT is a potent and stronger category of testosterone which is very essential for masculine treats . You can love with baldness but you cannot live with micro penis or less muscle mass … etc . Listen to Andrew Huberman about the necessity of DHT before rushing to buy these medicines
You right on
Bingo
👍👍👍great information thanks 💜
Thank you!
I have just started fenugreek and pumpkin seed oil but I have eaten pumpkin seeds daily and drank and drink green tea for years and still losing hair. I eat loads of leafy greens and salmon and flaxseeds and eggs and berries, AVOCADOS, cucumbers, pure shampoos and drink apple cider vinegar and cinnamon and still hair loss. I even make pure low sugar keto friendly green juices with cucumber and greens and lemon and follow up with fiber rich green smoothies. Still hair loss. Saw Palmetto didn't work for me.
how old are you when you start intesively losing hair?

@@Hiltie1 Use a derma roller before applying the green tea rinse. The micro-needling helps with the absorption. Use the roller for a few minutes, then rinse with the green tea. After that, mix rosemary oil, pumpkin seed oil, and fenugreek oil or extracts, and apply to your scalp and leave it on.
What about Stem Cell injections???
Does Matcha green tea has same benefits as green tea?
so if I have 1000 mg tablets of pumpkin seed oil should I take one a day or would that be an overdose to the body??
Sprouted Pumpkin seeds sold at Costco!
Do they still have them?
@@ArsalanAspires Hi! Yes it’s still sold at Costco.
I was surprised about the pumpkin seeds!

Great video, so interesting and substantiated. I don't understand why so many people comes to say "accept it, you are bald". Why do not go directly to an hospital and talk to a mother who's childrens are sick, "let them go, they will die after all". If you like to be bald, is ok! The reason to come here and say it is an obvious demonstration of your insecurity, because if all there are balds, I'll be fine with it.
And stop saying dumb things like if you take curcumin, pumpkin seeds and finasteride will have a micropenis and something like this, there's not evidence of it and the most common side effects, like sexual disfunction, has proven to be more emotional than really metabolic. Stop annoying people who wants improve its healt and looke like.
Not the same😮
Is pumpkin seed oil an essential oil?
Yes. I go into it in more depth here:

Can women use finesterine ?
can we make our own topical finasteride, mixing finasteride powder (crushed pill) and ehanol+Propylene Glycol etc. ?
yes
Yes, but when you crush the pill, the blue that surrounds the finastride Hass to be removed
The coating on the finastride has to be removed, so use a pill crusher

Dht is a trash hormone for adults, after puberty you really don't need it, it just doesn't know when to quit smh
You didn’t mention how to take these supplements recommended?? Or how much? I also saw a video recommending coconut oil and castor oil equal parts then warm up and apply to roots. And hair grows back
Excellent question for this dude? I was wondering the same s***…are u trying that castro oil and coconut oil hack?…..does it work and how? Thanks bro
@@thegiftedone I’m starting this week on the oil. Will lyk if it’s working
my advice is not to use coconut oil directly onto your scalp as it's highly comedogenic and will likely clog your pores, preventing your hair from growing out.
It isn't really that effective but supposedly rosemary oil has proven as effective as prescribed drugs
@@thegiftedone I have started to try it. I add witch hazel too, and the combination does definitely help with hair thickness and texture, but I haven't been on it long enough to say more, but I feel very encouraged by it.

What about black seed oil ?
I just want to know are these elements you’ve mentioned supposed to be taken internally or apply on the hair and scalp? Thanks
there to take internally. you eat pumpkin seeds, you drink tea etc. I use DHT supplement blocker's too.

Fenugreek can be used both ways
Must be administered via suppository to work.

I’m pretty sure minoxidil is not a DHT blocker. It’s an accelerant.
Also are you sponsored by Irestore?
@L8 do some research, it is not specifically a DHT blocker……
Or you’re getting confused with finasteride … that is the DHT blocker
@L8 Rogain is NOT a DHT blocker!
Finasteride is!
@L8 you should ask yourself the same question.
Finasteride is the DHT blocker
Minoxidil is an accelerant/stimulant

@@wolves1980at the moment I haven’t. I haven’t got to that point yet but worried as I have male family members on father’s side who have gone bald. (Mothers side, grandfather had every strand of hair on his head till death)
Looks like the guy who was trying to debate with me deleted all his messages because he didn’t properly understand.
Given that there is only two medically recognised official treatments (minox + finas) both of which have known side effects.. AND, you’ll need to take them forever (or unless you end up giving up maintaining or caring about your hair)
it’s a bit off putting…. But I guess that depends on how desperate a man gets.
The only other reliable way is hair transplant….which has its own set of risks/costs
As I’ve said before, if and when the day someone comes up with a cure… that person would need to be protected.. as this is a multimillion dollar industry… he’d likely have a hit put on him.
My dad drinks black tea but it irritates me that he dumps 4 spoons of sugar and half a cup of milk in it... Like dude its not even tea anymore your defeating the purpose
Nothing can defeat the importance of diet. Protein diet is the best for hair growth. Thick, healthy and long hair which is the good sign of overall health.
Rosemary oil. MSM cream.
How do you take fenugreek??
Minoxidil has dangerous side effects such as fluid retention, which causes swelling of extremities (first of all, legs) and may cause serious heart problems.
where did you read the minoxidil side effects? i thought it had no serious effects?
only in oral form
@@linasbar6951Oral form is the fatal one. Topical Minoxidil should be fine. If 5% is too much for you, drop it to 2% or switch from Foam Minoxidil instead of the solution version. It's less effective but less side effects too. Also, don't use Minoxidil 2 times a day, that's overkill and just shooting yourself in the foot. 1 time a day is more than enough.
Scalp massages will help too.
Are there any natural DHT blockers pill like finasteride?
Saw Palmetto.

reishi medicinal mushrooms, make sure you use products made from fruiting bodies and not just mushroom mycellium

What about green coffee can that be considered also like brown coffee beans?
It is essentially the same thing. Brown because they roast it. Coffee beans are green when raw.
Can you please elaborate on why to let your doctor know about saw palmetto? What are it's side effects?
Hi Elazar, saw palmetto is used widely for hair growth around the world. Even more so for in older populations 35 and higher. But unfortunately, saw palmetto might make your risk of bleeding higher if you are on blood thinning medications like aspirin, warfarin, clopidogrel which are taken by older populations.
Hope I was able to clarify.

Fluoride in the water (depending on where you live). Sulfates in shampoo (you can buy sulfate free shampoos). Stress / anxiety. Clinical tests have shown rosemary oil works as well as Minoxidil.
