I started using the reactivate hair growth serum from liiitlextra for the past month and completely moved away from my old serum since the past two months. It's working great. I simply use it once every day with the spray pump that comes with the serum. It's really simple to apply, non greasy, and without any fragrance. The hair growth results are up to now so great, and it's just one month only and I will keep to apply it.

A relative suggested pilgrim serum, and I used it for two months, but there were no changes. Later, after noticing this, I started using reactivate, and in just one month, I am noticing great results for new hair growth.

Some things that actually helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I quit wearing ponytails because it causes tension breakage. (2) I began massaging my scalp twice a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while bending over & holding my head upside down to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Covering my head while moving out to shield my hair from dust and pollution. (4) Using gentle shampoo again from liittleextra only to cleanse my hair.

My hair growth success story: Hair growth is complex - DHT is not the only reason for hair thinng - you have to target all areas, nutrition, inflammation, hormones, detox and even circulation - My and my brother's success story for hair growth is as follows:
    1. Fragrance Free Shampoo: Korean cosmetic industry already know why fragrance free - so research why if you're curious. Even baby shampoo is fragrance free.
    2. Taoist Soap for Hair Growth 2x a week- stimulates hair growth, stops inflammation which is the root cause for all hair loss, including genetic and hormone based.
    3. Stinging Nettle Tea everyday (make sure you aren't allergic) for removing hormone residue in the liver: this helps support a healthier balance for hormones, but obviously not a 100% cure.
    4. Scalp Massage 20-30 minutes everyday - this is very under-rated - but works, you must do everyday.
    5. Collagen Powder bovine based 2x tablespoon everyday - nutrition aspect of hair is covered, and will increase the speed of hair growth as well.
    6. Cold water rinse (only top of head) after a shower: Do this especially if you get itchy scalp, or sensitive feeling scalp - just do the scalp, dont do it on the back of your head or neck will make you sick if you are weak.

Another thing you can do is to take a saliva test (in my case I was already on synthetic estrogen, that's why I had to do a saliva test vs a blood test) to check your testosterone and cortisol levels. For me, my testosterone level was lower than it should have been and my cortisol levels were elevated between 2am and 4am. They put me on DHEA 5mg, a supplement to supplement the testosterone. It took several months to figure out the dosage but I'm now on a dose that works for me and my hair is no longer falling out.

There are probably over 100 reasons for hair loss and thinning hair.
DHT is one cause and probably the main cause for the majority.
If reducing DHT by taking meds and other supplements does not make any difference then the cause will be another reasons :
    Scalp Inflammation
    Tight scalp
    Poor scalp circulation
    Other scalp fungus issues
    Other medications
See a specialist rather than guessing what it could be. You will save yourself time

Yeah - let's block, at a systemic level, the hormonal metabolite responsible for having a sex drive, harder erections, muscle definition and many other important masculine attributes.
That's a hard pass for me. I've seen far too many men who wrecked their lives on Propecia and saw palmetto.
Not everyone is affected the same, but the men who mess around inhibiting the 5AR enzyme and do get side effects generally get clobbered.
Localized DHT in the follicle is more the issue than serum DHT. DHT balance is very important. It is also important as a neurosteroid, affecting energy levels and quality of mental acuity.
I'd love a thicker head of hair, but a thriving sex life is far more important.

I used to take Procecia and my libido was completely gone within a year. I quit taking it and now my libido is back. Since saw palmetto blocks DHT, I feel like it is also going to make me lose my libido. So, I’m tempted to try it but I’m staying away from it since other people have reported to have lost their libido when taking saw palmetto

Why do not go directly to an hospital and talk to a mother who's childrens are sick, "let them go, they will die after all". If you like to be bald, is ok! The reason to come here and say it is an obvious demonstration of your insecurity, because if all there are balds, I'll be fine with it.

I will be doing an extensive deep dive on this for hair growth. What is known so far is that it supports the proliferation of the dermal papilla. Since it also contains nutrients like vitamin c and iron, it can support natural growth. Where it really shines is that it can also act as a potent inhibitor of the 5-alpha reductase enzyme, which converts testosterone to dihydrotestosterone, which is what we mentioned what was accountable for androgenic alopecia. I will be reviewing it more in the upcoming weeks. Stay tuned!

Just the first 15 seconds of this video have me baffled. Everything you said is wrong.
DHT is not simply "like testosterone", DHT is pretty much the most potent androgenic hormone we have. So quite contrary to what you mention - DHT is the androgen that causes the most muscle gain.
DHT itself does not cause hair loss. There are genetic predispositions to hair loss that results from DHT.
If you get rid of your DHT as a man, you're gonna end up being feminine as hell, possibly even becoming trans.
If hair loss is an issue look into Minoxidil or rosemary oil. NOT finasteride - that blocks DHT too.
