A trade-in would not just help customer retention but help with environmental waste, too. I bought the previous model of this, the Phonak B90 Titanium hearing aids 4 years ago, and now my warranty is up. Considering those hearing aids are now 'superceded', can you still guarantee its aftercare? The most frustrating thing about these type of IIC Phonak hearing aids is how often they seem to need repairing (every 2 months max). I clean, and I put them in drying cups to moisturise them and replace cerustop wax guards, but they still suffer from inevitable circulation issues. The number of times I've had to send these hearing aids off to repair over the past 4 years is incredibly frustrating. At least every 2 months. It's frustrating.
