The dance is impressive, but to I would rather it have been more historically correct in tune with the actual style of dance for that society in that period. Although based on a novel, guess I am just a stick in the mud that prefers historical accuracy to flash. It may as well have been a cartoon.
No cartoon could ever have given us the complexity of movement and expression of feeling. I think it is legitimate to remind modern viewers that those were times when dance was the only legitimate physical contact between the sexes outside marriage. At the time the novel is set there were still people alive who remembered how scandalous the waltz had seemed at the start of the 19th century. Do we really know how they waltzed in 1870s Russia? I don’t know the novel, but in those days dance was never trivial, not in life and certainly not in fiction.
I don't see why Aaron can't be the next James Bond, that man is fine.
Every woman there in beautiful pastels and Anna in her black gown..
Well, good to see Mr. Darcy got better at Dancing...
WOW, simply WOW
What a beautiful dance, so graceful who choreographed it ?
Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui
It is gorgeous, everyone looks beautiful. I love the stylized way everyone freezes when Vronsky and Anna dance.

Oh man!
I can't look at Aaron without thinking of his creepy wife and my nose gets all scrunchy and hurts my face.
What movie?
Anna karenina
I have never worn black but I am thinking about it. My mother never wore black, my daughter never wears black and my granddaughter hates it.
Her acting is terrible, although the dance is beautifully done.
Your opinion. I think she's amazing, and I'm extremely picky as someone who studies film.
Anna Karenina
or.. all you know about Russia is Putin
