    Ingredients
    2 15.25 ounces cans corn, drained
    15 ounces black beans, rinsed and drained
    16 ounces jar Chunky salsa, divided
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    1 cup low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
    Directions
    1) Combine corn, black beans and 1/2 cup salsa in slow cooker.
    2) Top with chicken . Pour remaining salsa over chicken
    3) Cover.. Cook on High 3-4 hours or on Low 7-8 hours.
    4) Sprinkle with cheese. Cover 6 minutes for cheese to melt.

    Are you hungry? Are you wanting something in the slow cooker? I just got a brand new cookbook with a ton of slow cooker recipes and we can make a southwestern chicken, but we are going to need a few ingredients, so lets see what we are going to need shall we.
    For this recipe we are going to need 2 15.25 ounces corn: drained, 15 ounces can of black beans: rinsed and drained, 16 ounces of chunky salsa we will need to divide it and 6 boneless skinless chicken breast. We will also need 1 cup of low fat shredded cheddar cheese towards the end.
    Alright so we are going to add our chicken here. Do you have a favorite slow cooker recipe? Do you like cooking chicken or other meat in your slow cooker? This is a new slow cooker that i got the other day we need corn, we need to wash our hands. Add our drained corn, do you like fresh corn or canned corn? Canned corn I find really easy to make for slow cooker recipes. o0o that's a lot of corn. You know what I didn't do, I didn't open the can of beans yet and that's usually cats signal. Y'all make sure your beans are drained and rinsed so if you use the preseasoned beans I wouldn't for this recipe because your going to rinse all the flavor off of there, kind of defeats the purpose. I enjoy the flavored beans and then we are going to add our half a cup of salsa. I had a spoon, where'd I put my spoon? O there it is. Now we are going to mix this up a little bit. Alright so that's mixed now we are going to add the rest of the salsa we have. Do you have a favorite salsa? I like the chunky salsa. Alright and then we are going to try cooking this on HIGH for 3-4 hours you can do it on LOW for 7-8 hours, I like 7-8 because it makes the chicken so much tender but we will check this in 3-4 hours to see how it is.
