Hokuto is popular among tourists with its nature, especially people from Tokyo.
If you've seen Ai-no-sato（あいの里） on Netflix, Mina-nee（みな姉） and Numa-p（ぬまぴぃ) have a second house each in Hokuto City.

Yeah and sometimes when she explains the Japanese words, the English subtitles looks like (“go left” means “please go left”) that’s kinda funny 😂

I'm from Ohio, so I saw the corn plants immediately but I thought I had to be wrong! When you get used to seeing something all the time, your mind starts to play tricks on you. As you mentioned, similarities are not much but when I compare Korean with English, Korean is a lot more similar to Japanese!
