When I lived in Japan back in the day I used to go to Roppongi quite bit and went to the various clubs, including a salsa bar and danced there. I only went there once but I had a great time. When I visit Japan to see my daughter next year, I will slip away for a night and visit my old haunts and see if I can find anyone I know. Oh, the memories!

I am reading a manga about 書道 and have learned about some of the different styles. And often, the works are apparently old copies of Chinese works 😮 Very interesting to read about, and it has a sweet story (とめはねっ！)
I've seen 君の名は twice, but I couldn't recall which part of the anime it had appeared until I looked it up on the net💦 It takes time to be good at 書道. とめ and はね are so difficult that you can't write beautifully if you're not trained. I've never read とめはね, but the manga looks interesting😀
