Testing: How to Get Dry Erase Marker Out of Clothes

This is the one stain I can't ever crack! I've seen people test it before, but they also make the mark and immediately remove it. But, I rarely get to these spots or see them until they've sat for at least a day plus on my kids' clothes 🙃
🌟 ALL of these were sprayed with water prior to each treatment
🌟Each was scrubbed to work the treatment in (a different toothbrush used on each one) & sat 30 min between rinsing in the sink & repeating.
🌟Each had 6 treatments & were washed 2 times in the washer (after the first 3 treatments, & again after the last 3), BUT NONE were ever dried!
👉🏻 My top 3 options in NO particular order 👇🏻
•Murphy's oil soap got it out after 6 treatments! 6! I checked it after each treatment, and it was not gone until the final one. It sat for over 3 hours total after all the treatments and a LOT of scrubbing. While I love that it came out, the shirt faded on the spot I had to scrub & it was just a lot of effort.
•Oxi Clean + Fles Naptha bar: while this did not completely remove the stain, I think it could over time. Both of these are made for laundry & no fading of the shirt happened. I sprayed the stain with water & then scrubbed it with the Felsnaptha bar, then sprayed with oxiclean & scrubbed with the bar again. Then, let it sit, rinsed, & repeated.
•2 parts Hydrogen Peroxide + 1 part Dawn dish soap: I actually love this stain remover combo & have luck with it on a lot of things! It faded the stain a decent amount, but not quite as much as the oxiclean combo. After wetting the stain, I sprayed this, scrubbed, and sprayed again.
👉🏻 Rubbing alcohol and grandma's stain remover (which I usually love): not much progress was made with either of these
This was a lot of work! I think from here on out, if my kids get dry erase on their shirt, it's just becoming their new place shirt 🫠
