MFT style benches - only good for flat panel work? What about the Parf Guide?

There’s quite a bit of content about MFT style tops on RUclips but I’ve not seen anyone that uses them quite like I do so here’s my sharing of ideas.

Thanks for your thoughts on MFT worktops. Currently building a couple of my own the the MK 2 parf guide. It's a really nice jig and since I'll be building more than one MFT top, worth it for me vs buying premade tops.
