Please be careful with the girls bcuz pink eye is very contagious and they can also catch it, so try avoid holding them and kissing them. But u should get cold compress and Artificial eye drops to help irritation and dryness

my son does the same thing with his ear his doctor said it is from teething that babies cant tell its their teeth so they go for the ear try some teething gels/ oils & tylenol

Since you do have pink eye it can be contagious it may be best to try not to rub ur eye and touch the kids. Usually i wouldnt try to tell you what u should do but i know you want the best for the little ones 🫶
