I always talk to my plants. Feel such a connection to them. I have birds outside in my yard that I feed and they love hanging out with me. Love nature and what nature offers us.

I was learning from my sister but my Christian mom found her collection. And then a tiktok for fellow witches popped up in my recommended.

So, I’m a witch in the broom closet and I can’t exactly explain to my parents why I can’t blow out the b day candles without mom trying to get me to do it until I snap- how can I avoid blowing them out?
you could say you watched a video about bacteria spread or sumn bc of corona and now you feel weird by blowing on something people will eat
you can blow them out if you want to. some people don't, some people do. it's based on beliefs
I thought the candles thing was just if *you* lit them with an intent? If someone else lit them I don't see a problem?

meditation has always been one of my biggest challenges because my life is really busy with my kids and work. so it's really hard for me to kind of clear my head. Is there anyway you can make a video about meditation tips? I would really appreciate that. thank you
I personally like meditating right before bed. It helps me calm down and get ready for sleep. I listen to podcasts or RUclips videos too!

I'm 31 i dont even know where to begin. I always joked around with my family and said i was a witch . I used to play Ouija and make my own with paper and a coin in elementary i played for hours everyday by myself i dont remember who introduced to it. But i wasnt scared. Guys i dated would say i was a witch. Because i knew when they were lying. Im able to see things in dreams. Visions. But not sure what kind of witch that is. Im more of connected to the universe nature i love being alone. Also this is weird but but ive been made fun of for having a chipped front tooth and 3 people who made really bad fun of me ended up falling and losing teeth one coworker within less than an hour at work . people at work call me a witch. Its more like people see a witch in me 😭 so now im going along with it. Also i started a second job they also think im a witch. ...but i say mermaid witch...one last thing both my kids have said to me that theyre witches but good witches but i just listem to them

Can I just say how I love that witchcraft brings all religions together into one community were we can respect each other’s beliefs and live amongst each other in peace
Ok, these steps seem to converge with what I'm already doing intuitively: research, research, research. But as a nerd and all that, it also feels quite natural to understand the theory before practicing. Although I do already do little things, like making my intent known as I drink my herbal teas or lighting my candles, I also read my tarot cards once in a while. But mostly, it's reading and watching videos so far.
I've not yet created a dedicated notebook to the craft, because as of now, I'm just taking in the general knowledge and doing the stuff that already comes to me intuitively, until I really find the path I'm most interested in (so far, crystals, tarot reading and maybe colour magic seem to call to me, though I also have a strong connection with herbs and such, but I'll think about that later).
Wow! I didn't know... I've been doing many of the things you talk about not knowing it was "witchy" I just felt compelled to bless, ask, learn and believe. I've always considered myself to be homeopathic, a naturalist, and blessing and adding my love and gratitude to my day are just intrinsic for me. Very interesting for sure!

I’ve done a lot of this as it is without even realizing, I was also a big believer in energy and the universe throws back what you put out so I tried to focus on positivity always. Though I’m going to start researching a lot more because I want to get into witch craft but don’t feel ready just yet. This video helped a lot tho

I am just starting out on my journey with witchcraft over the last couple of years I have been involved with spirituality with reiki and yoga, meditation and believe in universal energy, I already follow moon phases as well I also love my crystals have angel alter but I am looking at creating a kitchen/white witch alter in my kitchen. I am researching now I do feel very connected to mother nature myself loving the journey so far I look forward to exploring it further I love learning new things. Your video is very helpful for me learning about this earth's air and fire, water.

When you say ancestors do you mean other witches that I might not be actually related to or my actual past relatives?
Both! It can honestly vary with how your 'family' ancestors feel about magic. If they're unsupportive, the next best route is to ask an experienced witch or one who practices witchcraft alot, they often have the best answers, even if you ask online! The answer is still valid

i have short dreams that happen in real life sometimes and they all seem to be connected. I also tend to know what’s going to happen next without needing a sign and I’m really good at reading people. Lastly, I’ve always felt i had a very strong connection to nature and animals. I get along with every pet my friends have & I love talking to my plants!! idk shit is just weird & I thought this might be a good place to start venturing out.

Id recommend the Real Witches Handbook by Kate West, and especialy, Toward The Wiccan Circle by D'Este and Rankine. Both available on amazon. They are about the best beginners books there are currently. And authors are very reputable.

Hello All.. I am new to this but I want to know am I on the right road to being a witch.. I am drawn to the sun, water, beach, summer, moon, sky, spirits, crystals, stars and dolphins.. I am also a Christian.. I enjoy the four elements and the 7 chakra(114) I also I to be by myself at times.. Does that mean I am a Eclectic Sea Elemental and Solitary witch?
