Guys. Guys, guys, guys. So, Anna became Queen of Arendelle at the end of Frozen II, as we all know. BUT. But, but, but, but, but, but... think about this: Olaf... is... technically... Elsa’s... firstborn... riiiiiight? So because of Marshmallow and all the Snowgies, Anna’s actually, like, billionth in line for the throne... and she’s a usurper! So the next villain should be Olaf gone mad from his obsession with claiming his birthright. It makes sense because his character will have come full circle because he was originally going to be Elsa’s evil sidekick when she was going to be the villain when they were developing the first film or something like that. In all seriousness, though, there probably will be a more traditional Disney Villain, you can see an ominous shadow behind the sisters in that concept art from D23 where they’re approaching some sort of castle in the sky with Olaf and their horses.

After rewatching the first frozen movie, I realize how much of a difference in tone the two movies have. The first one is much darker and broody, and the second one is more magical and light hearted except for the part where Anna is trapped and Olaf died

What bigger fish to fry does Elsa have? The most reasonable er... reason... for why Elsa isn't queen anymore is because clearly she's endangered the kingdoms she was raised to be a queen of - intentionally or not - than she's done good for it. And the spirits were just fine on their own, arguably, it's everyone else who clearly wasn't -- but that's one the humans. That said, I see Frozen 3 and 4 as being likely quite pointless additions. They'd have to pull a Shrek 2 and outshine both Frozen 1 and 2 to feel worthwhile... but this isn't DreamWorks. DreamWorks has Kung Fu Panda 2, Shrek 2 AND Puss In Boots 2 to prove they're good with sequels, and even HTTYD 2 is pretty solid, all things considered. Frozen 2 was, imo, not as tight as Frozen 1 and redconned stuff that didn't need it while moving away from the spirit of the first movie... and many other sequels were direct to DVD, usually without as much of the quality, besides maybe Bambi 2 (though some people will disagree) and Aladdin 3. To me, it looks like they've lost a lot of money so now they're turning to their cash cows in a desperate desire to get that money back, and using "answering questions" as the excuse. Which, I mean, a lot of companies do, but not a lot of companies can make that sort of obvious cash grab worthwhile to the audience. I will say, because they absolutely would ruin it, I pray to whatever gods or spirits there may or may not be that they don't actually give Elsa a love interest in the third/fourth movie. Not because I headcanon her as ace - besides, aces can have partners too -, but because even disregarding that headcanon some people have, I don't think romance was ever the Frozen franchise's strong suit. (And romance, was never actually Disney's.... thing. There would usually be moments of seemingly romantic stuff, but romance was always the side piece or the sprinkles/cherry on top... and we already have that with Anna and Kristoff.) *cough* Kristoff's proposal *cough cough*. (Plus they deleted a really fun proposal song for their canon couple - admittedly, it probably wouldn't have fit anyway, which really shows to me how much it wouldn't fit.)

What bigger fish to fry does Elsa have? The most reasonable er... reason... for why Elsa isn't queen anymore is because clearly she's endangered the kingdoms she was raised to be a queen of - intentionally or not - than she's done good for it. And the spirits were just fine on their own, arguably, it's everyone else who clearly wasn't -- but that's one the humans.
That said, I see Frozen 3 and 4 as being likely quite pointless additions. They'd have to pull a Shrek 2 and outshine both Frozen 1 and 2 to feel worthwhile... but this isn't DreamWorks. DreamWorks has Kung Fu Panda 2, Shrek 2 AND Puss In Boots 2 to prove they're good with sequels, and even HTTYD 2 is pretty solid, all things considered. Frozen 2 was, imo, not as tight as Frozen 1 and redconned stuff that didn't need it while moving away from the spirit of the first movie... and many other sequels were direct to DVD, usually without as much of the quality, besides maybe Bambi 2 (though some people will disagree) and Aladdin 3. To me, it looks like they've lost a lot of money so now they're turning to their cash cows in a desperate desire to get that money back, and using "answering questions" as the excuse. Which, I mean, a lot of companies do, but not a lot of companies can make that sort of obvious cash grab worthwhile to the audience.
I will say, because they absolutely would ruin it, I pray to whatever gods or spirits there may or may not be that they don't actually give Elsa a love interest in the third/fourth movie. Not because I headcanon her as ace - besides, aces can have partners too -, but because even disregarding that headcanon some people have, I don't think romance was ever the Frozen franchise's strong suit. (And romance, was never actually Disney's.... thing. There would usually be moments of seemingly romantic stuff, but romance was always the side piece or the sprinkles/cherry on top... and we already have that with Anna and Kristoff.) *cough* Kristoff's proposal *cough cough*. (Plus they deleted a really fun proposal song for their canon couple - admittedly, it probably wouldn't have fit anyway, which really shows to me how much it wouldn't fit.)
i do think that some of the unnecessary questions are probably there bc they do end up connecting to the important and key ones to the plot or smthn
