The quad connects to betaflight fine, calibrates fine, motors sliders work fine (when I manually pull the motor sliders they spin up). On the FC board, I have the white and grey (OSD Info) wire soldered from the Air Unit to the RX1 and TX1 spots on FC, then I have the yellow DJI signal wire soldered from Air Unit to hole labeled SBUS. While the red and black are just wired to power and gnd. In betaflight, I set UART 1 to have MSP enabled, and for UART3 (assuming UART3, if you look at the FC board RX3 is labeled above SBUS so I assume the colum is UART3) I set that to have serial RX enabled. However, when i plug in the battery to the quad, and turn on the remote, with the goggles off, the quad does not get ANY RC input when i try to throttle up or anything. Ive checked voltages of the FC and ESC... etc, it seems to be a port configuration problem or something with my wiring... or idk. I cannot figure it out and its despairing. @@aruhtaz Did you do the firmware upgrade through DJI Assistant 2 app? If you have not that is the first step to get to work correctly.

Not sure why I can’t get the radio to register in betaflight
I’m trying to hook it to the flight controller in my hawk pro

Raydio Show make sure to select the right UART for your serial port in Betaflight. Also check your channel mapping.

Daniel Kieng problem is that the uarts aren’t labeled on this board
Tried to look it up online.. still isn’t clear
Can you explain what you mean by channel mapping in this case

In Betaflight, go to the Receiver tab and select the correct channel mapping.

First thing firs, Are you using DJI Air unit for Caddx Vista?

@@dkieng im using caddx vista, i updated the googles, air unit, and controller on the dji assistant 2 on the dji website. The goggles show picture from the quad. The controller power light is green when quad is pulled in as well. But drone wont arm and controller won't response in beta flight. Im 20 hours into trying to resolve this and can't get my nazgul5 hd to arm. I think it may be the port tab in beta flight but idk which ports should be on/off since it came with a tbs crossfire nano rx and im using the dji controller. I hope this text explained it better im so stressed with this.

So do you have it soldered on or not? Because I have the exact same problem with my quad but I can plug the cables in a port but still doesn’t show inputs

@@torguapo so I contacted DJI because I have the air unit from them, and gave me a beta software for it, but already solved it. Okay bit of a weird story: I crashed it multiple times and at the end of that day I crashed so hard it stopped working. Had to buy a second fully tuned quad to troubleshoot between the 2. And before that software update I flashed the quad and found standard cli document for my board. This worked for me. But I suggest contacting DJI anyway saying don’t want it in for repair but ask about the beta program. You’ll have to send error logs of your unit to them for analysis. Trying to figure out a definite guide for this exact problem and will update later!
