Shawn Shambo's AGELESS - Brings to you: Flo Meiler- 90 y/o Triathlete-

I began following Flo in the first year of Covid. At that time she held the world record for Pole Vaulting at 7 1/2 feet 85 to 89 female Category at the Senior Olympic Games in Poland in 2019. Flo is now 90 years old and still competing. I hope to keep following her well into her 90's.
