- This flow is ideal for beginners who want to start moving in a more functional way, or for those who just want to get mobile and warm up before their workout!
Here's the break down of this sequence, which includes some of the main movements that I combine in most of my primal movement flows:
1) Shinbox Extension (Left)
2) Hip Flexor Stretch
3) Mountain Climber
4) Step Through
[REVERSE IT]
5) Mountain Climber
6) Hip Flexor Stretch
7) Shinbox Extention (Right)
8) Hip Flexor Stretch
9) Mountain Climber
10) Step Through
Complete 3 Rounds of 3 Reps per side (alternating).
Focus on maintaining a strong structure throughout. Keep your spine straight, shoulders back, and actively push through the floor with your arms, keeping you upright.

Great Flow🤙 Movement really is the key to everything 💪😁💪 Putting intentional focus on Mobility is a Game Changer!
Finally sonething I can actually do myself. The other routines look like complicated dance poses. They would take me hours to copy on this side of the screen
I am always proud of my lower body and core strength, but this set of routines are so foreign to my body. It's quite struggle. Thx for posting this, Ms Rose.
Can’t wait to try out!
Great exercises 👌 and I'm a new subscriber now 😎
This is it
❤
What exercises to do to improve shin box to knee or extension? Hopefully I got that right.
💯
Super!!! Я тоже нечто подобное делаю. Очень полезные упражнения!!!
Played it at .25 speed and finally got it! 🤓
Can this type of exercise also help with losing weight? Is it recommended for someone who is overweight?

BEGINNERS?! I call BS. There’s no truckin way. No way.
Try this shit with 64-year-old post-military service accident-damaged osteoarthritiic knees
Do you mean that you tried it? Did it help?
