Thanks for being such a big inspiration. You’ve been though a lot of injuries and mental challenges.but remaining positive and strong mindset can get you far. You continue to strive and sub 4 is definitely in the wheel house for you.
Bro I’m trying to document me breaking 5:00. You talking about 4:00. Your speed is INSANE. I did a 4, 3, 2, 2 workout today and I thought that was hard...
You’re my biggest inspiration right now dude. keep going, you’ve come very far and keep in mind how many people look up to u now because of ur successes and lifestyle :)
Just remember: even if this workout didn’t go as perfect as you wanted, all those paces are SIGNIFICANTLY easier at sea level. Your body won’t go lactic as early & you won’t tie up as bad. It’ll be tough, but you have a shot! THE HAY IS IN THE BARN
If memory serves, it was at altitude and Strangio was sick, so missed the race. One guy did go sub 4? Certainly a man's work out and great race hardening getting ready for sub 4!
Before Eamonn Coughlin broke 350 at the Millrose Games in 1983, indoors. I paced him 4x800 in 157.5min rest.He ran 4× 1200 enroute to average 256.Now that a workout!!!
Hello!!! I am going into high school when school opens up again in the fall and I am training for longer distances and I end up running to hard for a week and end up being to sore to run the same times the next week. I have see your amazing running and I would live to know how your manage training! 😁
Try to go for consistency rather than straight up hammering miles on miles. Start with less mileage, and consistently build up mileage. If you try to jump straight into heavy mileage, you’ll be sore or worse, injure yourself. It takes patience and consistency. This is because you’re slowly building up your base and mileage. Good luck next season! Hope you’re successful.
You'll break 4:00. Do more interval training to increase your lactic acid tolerance because that's what going to kill you in the mile. Yeah, yeah, everyone's a coach on the internet! Old cross-country and 800 meter guy here. Good luck though!
Nice workout man! That looked super tough! Good luck in the Mile race
The master commenting on the apprentice, beautiful
The people who disliked are just jealous of your grind. Keep it up man!

do you have any AP tests or are those too time-consuming for the lifestyle of an elite athlete? (sounds sarcastic but is a legit queston)
probably doesn't need to do AP classes when he has a scholarship to BYU lol

Hey Easton, u probably won't see this, but if u happen to do u recommend the peg 36 or the turbo 2?
I use Peg 36 for easy runs and Turbo 2 for road sessions and tempos. Hope that helps👍
The Turbo 2's are super nice, but I got some 36's for a very good price and I love them to death :)
