Any trick to the decompression lever when installing in the cam. How many times do you wind the spring up? When I install the keeper, the decompression lever won't move

I’ve got same bike but kick start is so stiff to kick over but engine turns freely at the flywheel what is my issue
My crf is hard to kick with all my weight on it has lots of compression so I have issues?

I got a new (used) crf150rb and I can't get it to have any bottom end. You have to kick it 5 minutes to start and starts better with the hot start pulled... But anyways valves are good compression great jets clean... I'm not good with these style carbs but not a dummy either I just can't get any bottom end out of it. Have to ride it hard and feather the clutch like I'm on a 2 stroke. It's fast but where's the 4 stroke torque? What do I need to do to get the bottom end and mid range thump? All stock but richer main and pilot on the 3rd needle position with a megabomb fmf header and q4
Apparently these bikes have really controlled power delivery up until about 8-11k rpm, that’s where the power is, believe me it’s weird to me as well, how does a four stroke not have any low end power, but somehow they made this thing ride like a 2 stroke race bike, it is in the supermini class as well, I think it’s just by design brother I’ve heard many people say this
It confuses the fuck out of me, I’m torn on getting this bike or the kx112 as I’m 5’5 and relatively new to motocross at the age of 20, I eventually wanna get onto a 125 if, but personally I don’t wanna have to struggle to balance on a bike especially considering I don’t ever plan on having to have a full size bike as I’m not into it for racing for sport, I like watching the races but I would never actually race I have other things in life that are more important to me such as personal dreams and goals dirt bikes are just a hobby to me, but with that being said I just want one of these larger super mini’s cuz I’ve watched them on track and they ripppp! Seen a crf150rb clear a 30 ft jump n was like yea that should be enough for me, but I have seen plenty of starting issues with the 150f from Honda but easy fix as well, so I’m kinda thinking of going with that new 2024 kx112 or a Honda crf150rb, I kinda want a four stroke for the low end power so Idk if that’s the case is it even worth it? I definitely feel like I could ride full size even just for fun but just starting out how I am I don’t wanna be on those snappy ass bikes yet, but I need something reliable to start with that can track well be fun as fuck without being too small, im at the height where I’m stuck between being to big for the super minis, and two small for the full size bikes, apparently that’s why Kawasaki made the kx112 was to bridge that gap, but I just know myself and I like four stroke’s reliability and low end power, not that 2 strokes arnt fun as well, I love them, but as a beginner that’s a lot of maintenance for a bike and things that could go wrong and put me right back at being with nothing to ride so, it’s confusing but I’ve got a few months to decide
