Have you completely torn down carb? When you cleaned it, was there bad gas, gunk in the bowl of carb? Did you replace fuel with new fuel.
You have to completely disassemble carb. Main jet and main jet tube(long tube shaped with multiple holes in sides)this is what main jet screws into. Drive out by using punch lightly tapping towards venturi of carb, center, main opening, throat of carb.
Remove mixutre screws and be sure passage way are cleared, before removing mixture screw, turn screw in and count number of turns until stops, record and reset to same settinh after cleaning.
Also remove float, shake and listen for splashing fuel inside float, you should not hear or feel anything inside. If u do float is bad
Use carb cleaning spray.
Watch RUclips video on how to clean carb. That is similar to your engine.
