Their discography is very versatile and the tone of their voices are very different with each other but blends with each other VERY WELL. They have another member the leader, Shownu, i think you will like his vocal tone as well. They tend to not limit themselves to their positions and i see all of them are all rounders. Jooheon has been producing many of the latest title tracks and they all have this Michael Jackson influence and naturally all these songs are hits. One of my favorite live performances by them is their UR live performance. You didn’t really get a chance to see Kihyun’s amazing vocals or Changkyun actually sing in this performance. I think UR really showcases all of them well. Also, Shownu wasn’t in this performance and he has a really amazing voice as well!

Kihyun is probably one of the best Vocalists in kpop! Jooheon is probably one of the best all-rounders, not only his he the main rapper, but he can sing amazing, dance, and produce and write! I would highly recommend watching them more! Kihyun’s “voyager”is great, and I would love to see more live performances!

The very first singer (Minhyuk) who you said had a nasal voice, has a really unique husky speaking voice and it translates to a very unique singing voice, his falsetto is really beautiful, to be honest he and Hyungwon (second singer, also a very unique vocalist) are actually among my favourite vocalists in Kpop, even though they don't have traditional pop voices. I really hope you react to more Monsta X, I have a feeling they are really going to surprise you.
I rarely comment on RUclips videos, and I know that I have taken time to comment on your videos to recommend Monsta X before. I cannot tell you how much joy I had opening this app and seeing that you’re reviewing Monsta X! They do so many wonderful things and have such talent. Their vocals are amazing, their dancing is spectacular, and they work so hard. Another point for Jooheon and his skill is that he helps to take on Shownu’s vocals. I did indeed go nuts the first time I saw this!! And then, not even being a fan prior, bought tickets to their show. It was sadly cancelled in the end due to COVID but MAN that would have been an awesome show. The main vocalist, Kihyun, is considered one of the best vocalists of this generation of kpop. He has quite a few covers that are worth checking out since they range from pop to rock in terms of versatility. Their main rapper is also a strong vocalist, he does the high note in this song, and he also produced this song. Also, their English tracks see all members singing, including both rappers, which was a big shock for a lot of people who are used to kpop rappers not being good at singing. Overall, they are just a really versatile group.

I really wish you could see them on their current tour in the US right now. All of them are rapping. All of them are singing and dancing. Each one of them is doing a solo stage for the first time ever on this tour. The range and versatility are just skyrocketing this tour, and even as someone who has been their fan since predebut, I am still shocked by what they're giving this year.
Monsta X is famous for their stable live vocal. They have intense dance moves but they're always stable. You definitely should check out their other works because they're just amazing. Your voice is so soothing btw. It's like listening to ASMR 🤣

Two excellent singers, knowing that the first is the main rapper. At one point, you said they are a good duo. So I take this opportunity to let you know that they did some songs together, under the name of "2chain". I recommend 200% to listen to their songs on RUclips. It’s just a pleasure for the ears. They also collaborate together on a song called "Mirror". Very powerful, with beautiful lyrics. But we can only find it by fancam, because they only sang it in concert during their tour in America. Anyway, glad to know that people like you who are professional singing have noticed their talent. I think you didn’t react to their best performance but it gives you the possibility to be very pleasantly surprised in the future! ;)
Awesome reaction! Welcome to Monsta X I love that you say it looks like they're all playing and not worrying about lanes because I've never seen anyone do this like MX. When they debuted, two of the members were exclusively rappers (one of which is the singer here you said is your fave), and now every members sings, raps, dances, writes, whatever they feel like. And you can clearly see how much they've supported and hyped each other the whole time. More songs to check out: U.R., Mercy, Love P.S. Ryeowook of Super Junior (my other ult group) released a solo album earlier this month and his performances of Hiding Words are so beautiful. I hope you'll give him a listen sometime too
I.M or Changkyun, is "Mr. Fan Favorite" and his singing voice is absolutely beautiful. I just saw them in Chicago twice and they really do interact with fans and make the experience so fantastic. Someone extra speical about them.
OMG I'm so so happy that you reacted to them and love them that much ! There are my absolute favorite band because they are so versatile in every single way. I actually bought my Kpop flex ticket for them on Saturday before they changed to Sunday, I was crushed because seeing them in live is my dream... Still not over it... I.M's voice is so atypical, Jooheon IS an all-rounder for sure, Minhyuk's tone is very elegant, Kihyun is one of the best vocalist in the game and Hyungwon's smoothness helps to counterbalance all of this intensity and creates amazing contrast... Shownu (the leader, in military now) has a lot of charisma and an incredible stage presence ! They all fit together so well, I would be so happy to see more reaction to them because they are extremely talented ! Wonho was also part of the group but due to a scandal he had to leave, he is now a solo, and his voice is also worth it ! Thank you so much for this reaction, I hope you enjoyed seeing them in live ❤
I was at the festival, it was awesome! My husband, who was there just to be with me said the way Kpop "the asian way" to integrate the audience into the performance / show experience was very interesting. I can't wait for Monsta X or Stray Kids to have a show here in Europe.

Monsta X have a TON of versatility - not just in their roles or vocals, but in their music as well! Jooheon (Joohoney) is THEE absolute all rounder ace king in my opinion
Monsta X was originally a 7-member band and you should definitely react to one of their earlier live performances because those 7 voices were a true match made in heaven. If you think the 5 of them that you heard now were versatile, oh boy, when you hear MX7 singing together it is something else. I strongly recommend you check out their Versace On The Floor cover. It will blow you away! (PS. The five ppl you see now are Minhyuk, Kihyun, Hyungwon, Jooheon, and I.M. Shownu, the band's leader, is currently serving in the military, and Wonho left the group in 2019, but has a very successful solo career - you should check him out next.)

My favorite tone out of them has Minhyuk the one with the nasal quality. But singing wise it is hard to choose because there are many different approaches in this group. So Joohoney is known for his growls the same with Changkyun(both rappers) and their raps are AMAZING. Both are allrounders and the vocal king himself Kihyun is the one that sounded more metal like. And than there is Hyungwon the king of visuals and harmonies with Minhyuk. These 2 are more like the kpop vocalists we mostly know as ostly they choose the head voice mixing :D
I realize this video is a year old, but in 99% of popularity polls, then and now, Jooheon is by far the most popular member. When Wonho was still in the group he was, but since he left, as I said, 99% of polls show Jooheon by far the most popular member. There's nothing he can't do. When Shownu was in the military, as in this video, Jooheon sang his parts. He has a beautiful singing voice. He's an incredible rapper. He writes and produces many of their songs. He plays drums VERY well.
I recommend "One Day" by Monsta X. That song really highlights their vocals individually and also "Ride with You". Awesome songs, slow-paced with less rap and more vocals.

I did indeed go nuts the first time I saw this!! And then, not even being a fan prior, bought tickets to their show. It was sadly cancelled in the end due to COVID but MAN that would have been an awesome show.

The main vocalist, Kihyun, is considered one of the best vocalists of this generation of kpop. He has quite a few covers that are worth checking out since they range from pop to rock in terms of versatility. Their main rapper is also a strong vocalist, he does the high note in this song, and he also produced this song. Also, their English tracks see all members singing, including both rappers, which was a big shock for a lot of people who are used to kpop rappers not being good at singing. Overall, they are just a really versatile group.
Yay! Thank you for giving our MEN a chance! They are great performers! I would recommend their live stage for UR. We are missing a member there, Shownu the leader, who is in the military now who has a softer, smooth voice.

I really wish you could see them on their current tour in the US right now. All of them are rapping. All of them are singing and dancing. Each one of them is doing a solo stage for the first time ever on this tour. The range and versatility are just skyrocketing this tour, and even as someone who has been their fan since predebut, I am still shocked by what they're giving this year.
Monsta X is famous for their stable live vocal. They have intense dance moves but they're always stable. You definitely should check out their other works because they're just amazing.

I am so glad you reacted to Monsta X. I knew that their concert at Kpop Flex would attract the curiosity of many people. Ahahah
We see that you are interested in Jooheon and Kihyun. Two excellent singers, knowing that the first is the main rapper. At one point, you said they are a good duo. So I take this opportunity to let you know that they did some songs together, under the name of "2chain". I recommend 200% to listen to their songs on RUclips. It’s just a pleasure for the ears.
They also collaborate together on a song called "Mirror". Very powerful, with beautiful lyrics. But we can only find it by fancam, because they only sang it in concert during their tour in America.
Anyway, glad to know that people like you who are professional singing have noticed their talent. I think you didn’t react to their best performance but it gives you the possibility to be very pleasantly surprised in the future! ;)

I love that you say it looks like they're all playing and not worrying about lanes because I've never seen anyone do this like MX. When they debuted, two of the members were exclusively rappers (one of which is the singer here you said is your fave), and now every members sings, raps, dances, writes, whatever they feel like. And you can clearly see how much they've supported and hyped each other the whole time.

I.M or Changkyun, is "Mr. Fan Favorite" and his singing voice is absolutely beautiful. I just saw them in Chicago twice and they really do interact with fans and make the experience so fantastic. Someone extra speical about them.
Gambler is still one of my favorite releases from them. They are very very good live, but one of my favorites even to this day is Lost in the dream. 🥰

OMG I'm so so happy that you reacted to them and love them that much ! There are my absolute favorite band because they are so versatile in every single way. I actually bought my Kpop flex ticket for them on Saturday before they changed to Sunday, I was crushed because seeing them in live is my dream... Still not over it...
I.M's voice is so atypical, Jooheon IS an all-rounder for sure, Minhyuk's tone is very elegant, Kihyun is one of the best vocalist in the game and Hyungwon's smoothness helps to counterbalance all of this intensity and creates amazing contrast... Shownu (the leader, in military now) has a lot of charisma and an incredible stage presence ! They all fit together so well, I would be so happy to see more reaction to them because they are extremely talented !
Wonho was also part of the group but due to a scandal he had to leave, he is now a solo, and his voice is also worth it !

I was at the festival, it was awesome! My husband, who was there just to be with me said the way Kpop "the asian way" to integrate the audience into the performance / show experience was very interesting. I can't wait for Monsta X or Stray Kids to have a show here in Europe.

Monsta X It's a very talented group their music is great And very varied They have a lot of talent, I recommend that you watch secret band version, UR live performance and find you live performance, but obviously they always do a great job in all their music and presentations. 😊🥺❤️
Monsta X have a TON of versatility - not just in their roles or vocals, but in their music as well! Jooheon (Joohoney) is THEE absolute all rounder ace king in my opinion
Monsta X was originally a 7-member band and you should definitely react to one of their earlier live performances because those 7 voices were a true match made in heaven. If you think the 5 of them that you heard now were versatile, oh boy, when you hear MX7 singing together it is something else. I strongly recommend you check out their Versace On The Floor cover. It will blow you away!
(PS. The five ppl you see now are Minhyuk, Kihyun, Hyungwon, Jooheon, and I.M. Shownu, the band's leader, is currently serving in the military, and Wonho left the group in 2019, but has a very successful solo career - you should check him out next.)

My favorite tone out of them has Minhyuk the one with the nasal quality. But singing wise it is hard to choose because there are many different approaches in this group. So Joohoney is known for his growls the same with Changkyun(both rappers) and their raps are AMAZING. Both are allrounders and the vocal king himself Kihyun is the one that sounded more metal like. And than there is Hyungwon the king of visuals and harmonies with Minhyuk. These 2 are more like the kpop vocalists we mostly know as ostly they choose the head voice mixing :D

I realize this video is a year old, but in 99% of popularity polls, then and now, Jooheon is by far the most popular member. When Wonho was still in the group he was, but since he left, as I said, 99% of polls show Jooheon by far the most popular member. There's nothing he can't do. When Shownu was in the military, as in this video, Jooheon sang his parts. He has a beautiful singing voice. He's an incredible rapper. He writes and produces many of their songs. He plays drums VERY well.

I recommend "One Day" by Monsta X. That song really highlights their vocals individually and also "Ride with You". Awesome songs, slow-paced with less rap and more vocals.
