Great design for a small van. I would like a shower though. You can have a shower next to the bed if you move the sink to the cooker location have detachable hob.
These sideways beds are not good. (Unless you're really short) you can't stretch your legs out properly, which can lead to reduced movement when sleeping and raises the chance of getting a DVT!
