I met Alice Cooper this year, lovely guy. WTMN is my favourite album. I asked if he had any plans for its anniversary next year, he wouldn’t give too much away unfortunately. I suspect we’ll see a rerelease as well as the tour.
After the Rosalie Cunningham album made your best list, I got it and it ended up on my best of the year list. I look forward to your interview with her. Thanks for the recommendation!
All I got for Christmas was a horrendous case of piles. They are hanging down like a bunch of ripe grapes thanks to trying to pass an accidentally swallowed sixpence in the Christmas pudding. It was actually a £1 coin but I'm trying to keep it traditional.
BTW, thanks for the Rosalie Cunningham recommendation. New to me, just had a listen on Spotify and really like what I've heard already. Big flavours of Tull, Purple and Focus, welcome antidote to most of the dross out there
No booing from me about The Cure! Listening to the new one got me going through their back catalog and they are so terrific. I wish Porl Thompson was on the new album.
