I acquired mine from Target. I buy my stuff from BBTS but, when I get good deals or see a better price range at other toy stores, I jump in head first. 😊
I picked up mine off Amazon on sale for about 25. Very happy with what all came with this, and Fisto is sitting in it. My daughter who's 3 loves playing with it.
I looove Stridor! It was the first Motu action figure that was gifted to me alongside his companion, my favorite action figure of the vintage & the new Origins toyline, Fisto! My Mama bought Stridor & Fisto together in the same package after I passed the third grade. They were my "I'm proud of you dear son", gift. I had them for years. That's why these 2 have such a sentimental value for me, as well as Roboto which is my Mama's favorite. I re-acquired the vintage ones & I bought the Origins version of them. I have Jitsu and LOP Merman coming in the mail too. Now I need Nightstalker for Jitsu to pair these 4 and display them with glee. I feel like you Michael, like a kid on a Christmas day back in the 1980s. Nerdmasté!! 😊🙏🏼
I couldn't make myself put the bridle on stridor. I always thought he was smart enough to know where to go and what to do. But yes I totally agree with fisto being stridors rider.
This Stridor is so awesome, with such great articulation for the price, makes Battle Cat's disappointing lack of ankle articulation stand out that much more by comparison.
Knowing Stridor was coming out, I had to pick up an extra Fisto in advance just to display them together. Agree about the amazing artwork! I've been buying doubles when I can. One to display in-package, one to have out. I've been cutting out the artwork on my open packages and using them as backdrops behind my MOTU displays. 👍
I pulled the trigger and ordered a Stridor from Walmart late Saturday afternoon. Sunday morning, it was sitting on my front porch, I couldn't believe it. Even cooler in person, and the blast effects are outstanding. This really is one of the best offerings from Mattel for the origins line so far.
I love the Battle Cat and flocked Panthor that was produced for the origins line. The whole origins line hit me in the feels enough that I'm collecting some of my favorites. I was on the fence about Stridor, but after seeing this review, I'm sold. Probably won't use the blast effects, but the stand is much better than sky sled stand. I see a Roton on the box art, so I'm interested to see if they produce an origins Roton.
Strider is not only one of my favorite Masters Of the Universe characters but also one of my favorite toys just like his vintage toy version also his legs move very well, also the MOTU Origins Stridor toy/figure was superb, also as always thanks for sharing Micheal 👌 them coming and Nerdmaste.☺👊💪👍
Another home run by Mattel. Great vid. The Origins offerings have been a lot of fun. It’s also a very good value fir chat. Granted you would have had to have picked up Fisto earlier. I know you didn’t do the comparison but wondering how the Masterverse Fisto fits. I know different scales but thus horse is pretty beefy.
I saw him at my Local Target and didn't grab him. Now I'm having serious regrets after seeing this review! Definitely going back to Target today. Hopefully he's still there.
I love the hints given on the box and card arts. I really like this Stridor. It's all articulated which is 100% better. I can't wait for them to make Dragon Blaster Skeletor which is on the art.
I hope we get an Origins Attack Track that looks like it did in the cartoon, so I can recreate its A.I. snark that the late and most certainly great Lou Scheimer gave this iconic vehicle.
I have a challenge for you good sir. With the resources of your amazing museum, your keen usage of digital effects, and a general appreciation for the Joe brand. I challenge you to re-create the G.I.Joe 'Statue of Liberty' movie opening. All with the original timing and cuts, using all of the same camera angles. Yet re-created with their figures. More of a suggestion then a challenge, it is your time after all. But non the less I wanted to put that bug in your ear. I believe you currently occupy the center of the unique venn-diagram of requirements needed to pull off such a feat.
This guy is one of my favorites in origins so far and just one of my favorite motu designs, but I think I'm going have Clamp Champ be my driver instead of Fisto.
I'm looking at my Origins Stridor n the only odd thing that I see is that it's hind legs bent in the wrong way. They should bend backwards at knee level, like the original Stridor n for that matter, the legs of a real horse are designed as well. Other than that, Stridor is perfect. 👌👍
Hands down my favorite toy line in a long time - and I almost skipped Stridor. But they really did a fantastic job, well worth the money. Thanks for giving it such a thorough look, as always.
Pre-order available at BBTS: bit.ly/OriginsStridor

One of my absolute favourite toys. So happy the legs move. Looks so close to the original.
As always sir, epic video. You never disappoint Michael

I had the Strider as a child, really liked it...
Very cool. Been seeing stridor at my local taget. Gonna pick him up after seeing this. Fisto looks great with him
MOTU Origins continues to knock it out of the park! Nice review!

I got this one at toys r us for 29$, it was on sale for some reason. I jumped on it.
I have many memories of playing with the original Stridor. However I'm so glad they "got it right" this time!
Great review. Hopefully we will get a Night Stalker repaint in the near future 👍
So satisfying to see these two go together so well 😍

12:40 yes there was. I got it for Christmas 🎄
Mattel made great strides in improving this character.
This is a great version of Stridor, so much like the Classics! :) Night Stalker will be awesome too, with Jitsu riding him! :)
I was undecided on getting him. Now I definitely need to get one and use him for Origins She-Ra Since we'll probably not get a Swift Wind. 😃
Man I didn't know the Master Piece Stidor was that big 😳
Need to still get this along with the Landshark and yes we are getting Zoar in a two pack with Teela.
Just bought my 2nd Stridor today.❤ One for Fisto and the other for He-Man.
I hope we get an Origins Attack Track that looks like it did in the cartoon, so I can recreate its A.I. snark that the late and most certainly great Lou Scheimer gave this iconic vehicle.

I loved this damn horse as a kid but the static legs always drove me insane.
😆

Awesome toys 😎 👍
I think this guy is more meant for masterverse
Hey Michael can you make a review about the origins orko figure
I don't have him.
Oh okay I was just saying if you have him
Night Stalker when
Nice.
