@adarshmohanty9074 Personally, I'd recommend MH : World, strictly because it feels like it will be closer to MH: Wilds (saving you a purchase if you hate World). It's currently on sale for ~15$ on Fanatical, including DLC. As for weapon, Hammer is a great one in Worlds, and has very few mechanics for you to stumble over while you learn the game.
I loved Arekkz so much so when he left I thought I would probably just leave this channel, but the team is holding it down and maintaining the quality of the channel really well. Great job!

Switch-Axe and Bow player here. Can't wait for the game to come out. Not only does it look awesome in every aspect, but because I never had internet on my Wii and I had MHW/Iceborne on PS4 while everyone I know had it on PC, Wilds will be my first MH multiplayer experience! \o/

I’ve been playing monster hunter since I was 7 years old. Probably my most favorite game franchise next to ratchet and clank I remember growing up and wishing the game was more mainstream so we’d get more in the west. I got my wish :,)
The biggest issue I noticed in the demo was low-res textures not loading into their higher versions, so the monster would be a blurry mess for several seconds. The FPS issues would also always show up when you had a monster between you and the camera, so these two issues do seem like things that should be fixable in the full release.
arguably World was already MH's Elden Ring, in terms of how much audience it brought to a very niche franchise. But yeah it really looks like they're still continuing to improve and raise the quality of their fromula while making it ever more accessible, a win in my book as long as we can still make gameplay choices if we want to preserve some of the feeling of the old games

RE Engine games have a certain look to them that you'll notice if you compare titles. Artistically closer to World for sure, but lighting and the engine details are going to be closer to Rise by virtue of the engine they're on (obviously toned down a lot for Rise). You can see similarities with Dragons Dogma 2 for that same reason.
No one, who doesn't already know that Rise uses a different engine than World, would be able to tell that Wilds uses Rise's engine rather than World's, because for all intents and purposes, the game looks and feels like it's made on World's engine.
@@verde5738 that's just not true, engines have characteristic looks to them. This applies to any other engine, UE4/UE5 games have similarities with other UE4/UE5 games. RE Engine games have similarities with other RE Engine games.

There's so much content being made with a weird lack of context footage that it's actually affecting my general enjoyment of the supposed hype period. It's like i'm listening to a series of random audiobooks instead of video clips, while staring at a blank wall. What the fuck were they thinking?!
From what I’ve seen long sword seems more like slower dual blades but with range and flow. The new combos, focus strikes, and focus fade slashes will allow a Ls user to stay on the monster longer while dealing significant damage without the same counter-helm breaker. Depending on the type of builds we can make too. Maybe there’s a skill that boost focus strike attacks. I’m pretty sure I saw a clip on this channel where someone did a focus strike, did a few combos, boom another focus strike. I can’t wait. I will say I’m pressed on my second weapon option. I love CB. A few months ago I redownloaded iceborne recently and put some decent hours into SA. I love it and now that it has a parry is crazy. Hunting horn buffing myself sounds insane. I love bow almost as much as I love long sword if it wasn’t obvious how much I love long sword. Great sword is based. Heavy bowgun is fun. There are no more weapo-omg the hammer looks so freakin awesome I put a healthy amount of hrs into hammer and I missed the feel of the chunk of metal or whatever you had just tenderizing a monsters FACE. DUAL BLADES! Are ok. They can be enjoyable. Insect glance @_@. There are no more weapon-might actually use gunlance. I avoided it because my tastes were different at the time. Still enjoyed it when it worked. Looks awesome in wilds. There are no more weapons.

But I don't think there have been any creators posting IG gameplay as in-depth as the other melee weapons; it might still be in the game, but limited by extracts or specific focus mode aerial attacks. Some other weapons had features that people thought were lost watching the weapon showcases on the official channel, but were actually still there
About console optimization and performance, remember that it is a open world game that runs on RE Engine, the same engine from DD2... Don't get hopefull on a stable 60 FPS
one thing that i have noticed the lack of which i feel like is a missed opportunity is that the SnS doesn't have a reengagement move with the slinger hook that the dual blades has, at least from the footage i've seen which i think would've been a very nice addition to the SnS. kinda like rise's shield bash wirebug skill
i'm still betting on end of January release date, with 1st demo coming in November. the game is near finished, it is mostly polish time now and making it smoother.
its possible when in multiplayer that wounds exist for everybody until you pop them. So teammates can help open them but they won't take them on you, and once there popped im guessing there is a cooldown of sorts before they become "open" to you, but if your teammate didn't pop the wounds themselves yet, they still have the opportunity to.
Yes however the latest Capcom earnings call for stock holders stated they have 1 more major title for their fiscal year which ends in march. 6 months would be an average time till release with January being 5 months away and march 7 months away
I'm admittedly worried about the performance and the Chargeblade changes. I guess I'll have to pick up the game on my juiced laptop to dodge the trash framerate which really sucks. I like my TV more 😢 And as for the Chargeblade, I really liked the way Savage Axe worked in World. Rise it was kinda whatever. So its sad to see they changed it again, and it once again just looks worse. Really disappointing.
Hunting horn has a melodie to perform an offset attack, hammers golf swing is one aswell and technically the HBG ignition counter. It's described to have an offset effect.

@@homopersicum1850 you don't see anyone worrying about Resident Evil. DD2 wasn't poorly optimized because of the engine. It was because DD2 was rushed and underdeveloped like the first game and even ended up with less content than DD1 without Dark Arisen.
The engine definitely does not feel like Rise, it feels like World's engine. They've built it on the RE2 engine, Worlds was a custom engine. Wilds definitely does not look and feel like Rise.
Yeah the armor skills wont change but obviously the skills on the weapon slotted or innate will change. So expect to build you weapon specific skills on the weapon deco slots and use the armor slots for build agnostic skills
No your armor skills probably won't change. But from what I understand they are moving more slots or offensive skills to the weapons themselves. So swapping weapons shouldn't need you to perfect your armor for both
From what I studied on Ryozo using the hammer. You can now do a different attack out of big bang combo. I seen him do a 180° c2 upthrust after like 2 or 3 hits with big bang. Also you can c2 out of the ground whirlwind attack. I didn't see it done... but my theory is you can chain the two together with c2 endlessly. That's gonna be sick.

@KO_King I recorded all the different moves on screen recorder. I think he displayed everything there is to it he just didn't chain any "endless combo strings" he always likes taking detours when he show cases. Typical and epic of him. Love all the exploits he shows
Rise uses RE engine, which every modern Capcom game uses. Resident evil remake, dragons dogma 2, etc. Seems to be a very flexible engine. Literally no reason to worry, you can clearly see it doesn't "look" like Rise (which was initially made for the Switch as well, keep that in mind lol)
its gunan be a culture shock when they realize there all the same team lmao there is no diffrent teams lmao. XD rise was orginally intended as a switch game, not a PC game, so the graphics are lesser to support the systems lesser hardware. lmao
They were separate teams. There's a team that works on the main game installments (like World), then there's what they call the "mobile team," which works on the little side projects (like Rise). Edit: I was mistaken, misremembered the ancillary team's name and called their "portable team" the "mobile team."

From what I studied on Ryozo using the hammer. You can now do a different attack out of big bang combo. I seen him do a 180° c2 upthrust after like 2 or 3 hits with big bang. Also you can c2 out of the ground whirlwind attack. I didn't see it done... but my theory is you can chain the two together with c2 endlessly. That's gonna be sick.

@KO_King I recorded all the different moves on screen recorder. I think he displayed everything there is to it he just didn't chain any "endless combo strings" he always likes taking detours when he show cases. Typical and epic of him. Love all the exploits he shows

The engine feels like Rise??..that's a bummer..
Rise uses RE engine, which every modern Capcom game uses. Resident evil remake, dragons dogma 2, etc. Seems to be a very flexible engine. Literally no reason to worry, you can clearly see it doesn't "look" like Rise (which was initially made for the Switch as well, keep that in mind lol)
@ArcticKoalaCurry but the issue is feels..you can use the same engine to get different feels..rise felt floaty and less weight than world

its gunan be a culture shock when they realize there all the same team lmao there is no diffrent teams lmao. XD rise was orginally intended as a switch game, not a PC game, so the graphics are lesser to support the systems lesser hardware. lmao
They were separate teams. There's a team that works on the main game installments (like World), then there's what they call the "mobile team," which works on the little side projects (like Rise).

I was mistaken, misremembered the ancillary team's name and called their "portable team" the "mobile team."
