Someone for acquisition , someone for fulfillment , and someone for operations + the philosophical notion that a buisness shouldn’t have profit = the essential wisdom of many hours of problem solving and pain the entrepreneurial journey brings. This channel is crazy valuable.

Such an incredible video. The knowledge in this video blew my mind open. Think about it, at the beginning of a business owner, we are chasing money because we need it to pay for our livelihood, but then you reach a new level within the pyramid, you're confidence goes up, anxiety spikes cause you want to conquer. But in order to hit a billion in revenue then it's a different framework it's mainly about providing the opportunity for superstars = intrapreneurs and give them the chance to rise above and earn the credibility they desire. Take car of them and they can take care of you.

Businesses don’t naturally make profit. The natural state of a business is to break even (people pay for exactly what the product/service costs).
It takes manipulation/inflation of the value of the product in the consumers eyes (through marketing/branding/psychology/strategy/trademark) to sell something for more than it costs.
To sell something at a high margin is not natural, it takes massive amounts energy from outside the system.
Sometimes the energy is already in the marketplace and you don’t have to input as much as the entrepreneur (through your frameworks) but nonetheless the energy is required.
In physics it would be like creating matter from nothing (energy).
You are creating value that doesn’t actually exist and taking it off the top as profit.
Which is why it’s so important to charge for what people will pay for and not based off of what it costs. And (especially if it’s the right market where the value is already inflated beyond the costs) you can get people to pay for the value (energy) that you create through the frameworks you have in place.

Peter Drucker advocated against organizations relying solely on "supermen" or geniuses or “Superstars” in your case. He emphasized the importance of building systems and structures that could function effectively even in the absence of exceptional individuals. Drucker believed in creating organizations that were resilient, with well-defined processes sops and distributed responsibilities, rather than being dependent on the brilliance of a few key individuals. This approach aims for sustainable success through organizational capabilities and teamwork. I’m not in your league so I’m also not worth listening to.

I'm seeing this in how I design the equity process for my own startup. I think what Alex is saying for how you do well is you treat people really well and you show that in how you handle the pay process.
It seems to me the business capped out for the billionaire because there was no driving factor for the front-line workers to push that next stage of growth for the company.
If you treat people really well, then they go ham for you and trust you implicitly. If you act suspicious of them, then you get the drifters. Trust them, empower them, and reward them, and it would seem everything should go fine.
Also, if you run out of equity, go start a startup and address more people's problems. This world has plenty of them to go around.
