Great job and nice lock! The serrations seems to be horrendous, I can’t believe how far you had to counter-rotate the core to get out.
Are you twisting your pick or lifting your pick? I'm having a hard time trying to individually pick the levers.
I lift each of these levers, the same way you lift the pins in pin tumbler locks. Good luck
