love the two tone icing! planning to make 120 for a wedding do you have any advice? on my first try the icing came out purple then it started the two tone but did not last to very long, please give me some advice. ps really love that apron! thank you

I clicked on the link under your picture on Facebook. I was hoping to see how you had done the cupcake in the upper left corner of the picture, but you only show this one technique. Did you use the same tip for all the cupcakes shown in the FB picture? Just piped a U shape instead of pulling straight down?

This might have been asked before but how do you get your cupcakes so flat? I have been trying to figure this out and everyone says to lower the temperature. Any other tips? Do you have a video for this already?
Yes ***** ...lower the temperature and also try placing an empty tray on the shelf above your cakes. It helps to achieve a more even rise. :)
