  • The number one thing I get asked is what I eat. Whether I’m home or traveling, I follow the principles of my Pegan diet. I recently sat down to with my friend and business partner @dhrupurohit to talk about how I eat in our interview about my new book, Food Fix. In Food Fix, I breakdown the effects of our diet and how to eat a more sustainable diet. Get your copy at FoodFixBook.com.

We try but availability and affordability limits many of us. When did real food get so hard to find?

Yeah... I guess when in doubt, opt for the MSG laden Chinese food (veggies) which you know is GMO as well, so why not have some glyphosate with a side of MSG... I mean it is healthier that McDonalds right? At least you brought a bag full of stuff to save you! Me personally, I would just bring enough pre-prepped stuff for 2-3 days since most hotels have refrigerators and a microwave... pack a cooler, it’s not hard! If it’s a longer trip it’s just as easy to just eat one meal a day and fast a bit longer for the duration of the trip

Those vegetables he was referring to was probably not cooked in peanut oil. I’m sure they were probably steamed or raw👍

Dr. Hyman has good advice, but like every single other health educator on the planet, their own diet always includes coffee (dehydrant, stressor, inflammatory) and alcohol (toxin) and processed foods. Is there anyone on the planet that literally eats a whole foods diet abstaining from diary, refined grains, all added sugars, caffeine, and alcohol? Anyone?

All I have is alcohol in my bag when I travel. Lol

Oh wow, I thought Dr. H was solely plant based

He is plant based, watch the video again. The word "plant based" is probably the biggest BS propaganda the vegetarian / vegan crowd has been successful in throwing. Most health conscious omnivores are likely plant-based if you're counting in terms of weight of food eaten per day and eat much more veggies/fruits per day than most vegetarians / vegans. It's funny how ""plant based" encompasses something like whole grains as well (which aren't botanically a vegetable).

If meat is permitted, there's nothing vegan about it. It's just paleo. True, it's healthy paleo. Why not call it hegan instead of misleading people and eroding your credibility?

Hi. Have you considered that you are wasting your time, your platform and your influence? What if you worked for something ETERNAL and SOMEONE eternal instead?
