@@guineverefav.8846 I guess when you perform that, your retina basically focuses in and out like a camera. Don't know how else to explain it, but i could be wrong. I can do that whenever i want at will too, and no you aren't a chosen one i bet a lot of people can do the same.
I can see it’s just things farther away are starting to look fuzzy....not as in focus. I noticed it yesterday at work when I was looking at the clock and wasn’t really able to see the numbers clearly. I’m wondering if it’s eye strain from looking at screens so much. God I hope it’s not diabetes as I am overweight..
I noticed that same problem this week too.. I was studying and lifted my head to look up at the ppl entering the place and couldn't see their features and freaked out.. hope it's just a strain from my final exams but will go see a doc for it and you should do to if u still have it

May be eyestrain ,anxiety ,stress or lazy eyes or lack of sleep or something headache issues aur simply go to the Dr , bcz no one will guide you better bcz may be your problem is different
Went to the dentist and he told me that I have Gingivitis ........i go to my 3pm eye exam and she tells me that I have conjunctivitis. Like.....WTF! 😅😅😅

High blood pressure from drinking to much caffiene, example too much coffee. Can cause blurred vision.

When you look at things up close it’s blurs a little but you should still go to a doctor
