Xiao just won’t die with 1 HP

cause he can't die from his burst even with 1 hp :))

@@anemo3224 the reason for this is because it drains a percentage of his current HP, so it will never hit 0.
If it instead drained a percentage of maximum HP he would be able to die from it.
