Follow Christ, people see Him in you, they come to you to get it. You want charisma, follow the One you cant get enough of. I didn't even have to pay for someone to teach me that! lol Im not being critical, just saying what I'm thinking.
Following Christ is the best advice you can give someone for their own salvation, but remember that God said that if you follow me the world will hate you. I am certain that a truly Christian leader/CEO would be hated by his company and eventually fired because the world is wicked and selfish. The average person could not accept a life of a person who truly followed Christ.
Yeah. Christ was one hell of a leader to leave the people suffering AND tell them how great it is to suffer at the hands of oppressors. Great leader 🙄😡
It's time to do away with prescriptive theories of leadership. Although Hogan has many valid points about leadership he's being prescriptive, neglecting the social and cultural context of leadership.
I think he is spot on. One small caveat, though. Where there’s true leadership, ‘leadership’ is not even a thing, something that is ever mentioned by anybody. Things work well (maybe because nobody has time to waste on theoretical/ academical debates). One hand washes the other, and both wash the face. A ‘leader’ is just someone who is like the others, perhaps with more experience and ability to engage everybody, so everybody makes their contribution to what they collectively achieve. They work together, they celebrate together. That’s the natural way.

@@Dud-in9iubut...God has put authority and church leaders not (religious people) to lead

He came on Earth to prevent people from distructive suffering.

I don't see how he's being prescriptive. He's noting the outcomes the research has produced so far. That seems descriptive, if anything.
