Are you using the 7.0 Henglong board ? I read the comments and mentioned using the L9 port for second machine gun I have had no success in trying to use that function on the 7.0 board but it seems to work fine with the 7.1 board even though they have two different types of connectors. Any suggestions? I watched your detailed video of the merkava and noticed you add your led for second machine gun in the coaxial compartment by infrared emitter, very nice work.
Yes, I'm using v7.0. The second machine gun LED must be connected before the mainboard is powered on. When the mainboard is powered on, it will detect whether the two machine gun LEDs are normal. Only when two machine gun LEDs are detected can this function be used. You can try replacing LEDs of different colors. LEDs of different colors have different voltages. The 7.0 motherboard may not be able to adapt to LEDs of all colors.
Thanks for your kind reply, I to have the 7.0 board and used a 3-6v amber led that was pre made with a resistor installed I test it and it works on a drained 9v battery and solder the wire to L9 plug and did plug it in before powering on the board but it didn’t work. When I took the plug off and used a DuPont plug that would work for the 7.1 L9 feature it works on there. So I am stumped why it not work with the 7.0 L9. I will try again. I got it to work, as you described thanks again, I had ran into a problem with my 7.0 boards port still not sure if it’s wired backwards or just not working but when I tried a different 7.0 board it worked perfectly. So I switched out the faulty board.

@@user-irb 目前7.0主板的L5（2pin杜邦插）为主机枪灯效接口，L9（2pin的xh2.75）为次机枪灯效接口。
有个细节问题，在您改造灯的时候参考：
在豹2音效模式下，启用双机枪灯效时，L5为7.62mm机枪音效，L9为12.7mm机枪音效。
我本来想把M2机枪的红色LED接到L9，以便匹配12.7mm机枪声效，可惜L9电压较高，恒龙配的红色LED不能直接在L9口正常工作。于是我只能把模拟内置共轴机枪的橙色led接在L9上了。

@@user-irb 双LED时，我试过白色、橙色led可以适应L9电压，只是恒龙配的红色led在L9会被主板自动忽略掉。
