I was halted on completing this awesome structure. I did make progress and discover a new natural spring though. Let the adventures move forward.

I love how you keep finding new stuff on the property. Crazy considering how you have been all over it so many times.
The bushes that are all over make it difficult to see every bit of the property. I think I have searched it 100% now. There still might be a few small spots that I haven't thoroughly checked.

Might want to put in a spring box and use it as a secondary water source, or, depending where it is relative to the trail network, you could set up a watering station for riders. Looking forward to seeing the completion of the bridge berm in the drop zone! SF
This spring is a great candidate for a spring box. Water down there can be super useful. At least we can have a pool or something to soak your feet in the summer

Thanks, I'm not sure. Right now, the area by the car is like snot. I'm thinking of relocating it just slightly further down the trail. Got some ideas

Is there trail information on Everstoke? I can't find any info. I have been loving the build vids!
Not a hole lot of trail info yet. We're kicking around the idea of how we want to share the trails. We are really considering Trailforks. However, we want to make sure guests understand that donations are highly recommended or camp there in order to ride trails. We want to make sure Everstoke is sustainable

Someone harnessed that spring either for sawmill, watercanon or firefighting? Could you have a power source on your hands? Very cool discovery, Aaron.
I think the flow is good enough to do something. If engineered correctly, a hole bunch of ideas can be doable off of that spring.
It sure is coming along. Could that pipe have been used for a moonshine still?
Very possible. I have no idea. I would think that would have left more of a trace of activity, though.

We don't know much. The people that had it before us didn't know much either. They didn't know there was a well on the property. Their plan was to develop houses, but that fell through

Cool bit of landscape but your upsetting of the natural terrain is going to drive those animals away. You are engaging in human encroachment and causing habitat loss for those wild animals. Just so you understand the impact you are having.
I'm totally aware. Just understand if we didn't buy the property the other owners were going to flatten several spots on the property to build homes. I'm pretty sure we are the lesser of two evils.
