India is a civilization state , so many languages, cultures are thriving due to the sanatan dharmic principle of let live and let others live by respecting other civilizations..we speak different languages, follow different traditions and rituals. Respecting other fellow human being irrespective of his/her language ,traditions is the hall mark of sanatan dama. But Abrahmic Faith's won't subscribe this, they respect other human being only if they subscribe to their belief system. For them the other human beings if they subscribe different belief systems, traditions no respect for them. Leave alone tolerance, respect and they subscribe to the doctrine that other humans are worthy of contempt , destruction and killing. But Santana peoples with out understanding Abramic Faith's blissfully believes that Abrahmic Faith's also reciprocate. But not so in practice and history is full of these atrocities, large scale killings of non believers of Islam and christianity. The Santana Dharma never encourages homoginigation. Most of the Sanatan people think blindly that Abrahmic Faith's will also reciprocate the same respect and love for each other.But this belief system is is being cleverly exploited by Abrahmic Faith's to annihilate satan dharmic civilization. The time difference between 1947 and 1950 was a temporary phase because of the sequence of events. It takes time to write the document.If the work of writing the constitution could have been started 3 years earlier and plan were made to release the constitution and independence on same day nothing much would have changed.
The nation was there,that's why Indian ppl wrote the Constitution,the Constitution just came into being in 1950,India has been a nation for 5000yrs,even in modern times,India was there in 1947,48,49 and no,the writing didn't start in 47,r 48,but it started in early 1949
Even in a country like America the idea of nation come first the colonies do envisioned a American state first after that they write their constitution . What he is saying that a constitution can't exist without a state but a state can example is Saudi Arabia though a monarchy it is a State.
