      He did talk about vijay nagara,rashtrakuta , Kakatiyas and chalukya and these are southern empire .
      Yes but he live chola ,chera and Pandya empires,hoysala,satvahana etc but like north south also had multiple dynasties and it is not possible to mention them all for someone who is not from historical background.
      Abhinav overall is talking about writing history from indian perspective and also argue for including all indian dynasties as well as regional history including south.

    • @smoky3302
      @smoky3302 3 года назад +1

      @हराहर ईश्वर to be fair dude west indian history particularly of Gujarat is also ignored and when u northies want to push your language and culture on to every one people who speak more ancient language and follow the culture in ancient way than northies also react.
      Sub nationalism is in north also particularly Punjab and Kashmir and they had adopted violent means south indians never resort to violence.
      Sub nationalism exist every where in India it exist here in Gujarat also u can't blame only southerns for that.

    • @smoky3302
      @smoky3302 3 года назад

      @हराहर ईश्वर it is not true in Kashmir dude they do deny indian heritage .
      There is Maratha subnationalism also it was not based on religion there also various tribes in north east who consider them diffrent from India as well as subnationalism also exist in Orissa,bengal and Assam it is not based on religion .
      And such subnationalism is bound to happen the nation state of india is created by British unlike china no indian empire waz able to unified and uninformed india so there will always be subnationalism

    • @smoky3302
      @smoky3302 3 года назад +1

      @हराहर ईश्वर there is a reason hindutva thinkers like sarvarkar try to unify hundu socitey because like it or not in medival times before arrival of Islam people don't identify in terms of relegion also as sanatani or hindu they fo identify as shaivaite, vashnavite,shakta etc and had their disagreements .
      Unlike north were such traditions of sects were destroyed it remained in south do they do say that if mughal empire didn't came and uniformed north india there will be stark relegious and lingual identity in the north will aldo be there.
      Your problem is u don't like south indians

    • @smoky3302
      @smoky3302 3 года назад +1

      @हराहर ईश्वर do u even know that all great hindu acharyas shankara,Madhva,ramaanuja,Vallabha and nimbarka came from south .
      Bhakti movement started in south which rejuvenated hinduism .
      Before Maratha Empire there was vijayanagra too who act as stalwart of Hinduism band check islamic invasion.
      U claim that all other subnationalism is fringe but southern is widespread guess what Einstein there are more nationalist people in south than u think fringe elements exist in every region if every Southee think like that they are quite capable of creating their own country.
      Logically if they did that they will became much more devloped as they have access to ports and they are quite rich and if they want they can also operates insurgency movement like in Sri Lanka.
      But u never see such acts of terrorism .
      South is still a part of india before south indian feel proud yo be indians and belive in its cultural Hinduness don't defame all Southies on the basis of some fringe groups.

    This monologue is one of the best from your channel. You raised many important points such as lack of emphasis on scientific hard data and archeological evidences and too much importance of narratives. I think another point of history texts (or in general texts of any subject) in schools that I found lacking is the implementation of the text. For example I am from mathematics background. In any school text you can find a load of theories, for example set theory. Students generally mug up axiom and theories of sets , solve some problems and sit in exams. But what I think necessary is to emphasis on the applications of those theorems or motivations behind them. In my school days history texts and the way of history teaching was loaded with dates of events. It used to make me bored because I used to feel it demotivating to mug up a long list of dates which had no use in my life. I think at least the school texts of history should also be emphasized on context that why you should read the text. Looking for your comment on it sir. Thank you

    Sir you have hit the Bull's eye while talking about writing history. I remember as a student i started reading a book by Romila Thapar , history of india. In her book she mentions that Ramayan happened after Mahabharat, if i am not wrong. I wondered and was so much surprised and disgusted that i left the book and never read it again. Now i can understand that since they have an agenda, they wanted to prove that Aryans migrated to india from the west to east so they tried to prove that Ramayan happened after Mahabharat?
    And this is the history that was taught to us for years. This is an ample proof of the deep rooted conspiracy against india by these leftist-unliberal, pseudo-intelluctual, colonial historians. Infact they are not historians but only goons whose mentor and master was not other than our beloved चचाजन। Many people can't even believe it.
