Hi Madeleine, today I made the decision to finally do something about my weight. I need to lose some weight because I am tired of feeling fat and shitty. Came across your video and decided to try it. What a workout! I hate going to yoga class as I never can keep up and feel self conscious so doing from home is perfect! I am going to do this everyday! Fingers cross!
I love this! I needed this. I'm not by no means over weight but I need to start being more balanced with my body and this routine really makes me feel like I've done good to my body!
This workout is soo different to what I usually do but I loved every second of it! I would love for you to create a series so I could do them more often, thankyou for this video I feel so lovely and relaxed X

Love this sequence, I seem to have lost a lot of flexibility since my second baby was born via c-section but doing this everyday for the last week I already feel an improvement. My two year old likes to join in while baby naps and I rarely have time for a longer practice so this is perfect! Can't wait for more xx

Hey Madeleine I really enjoyed the work out. Just wanted to ask one question. I have done yoga many times before, but, when ever I lean backwards as I have a neck problem , it makes me feel sick. can you please tell me how I can over come that? Cheers Sally
