Lyrics:
Isn't it rich, aren't we a pair
Me here at last on the ground - and you in mid-air
Send in the clowns
Isn't it bliss, don't you approve
One who keeps tearing around - and one who can't move
But where are the clowns - send in the clowns
Just when I stopped opening doors
Finally finding the one that I wanted - was yours
Making my entrance again with my usual flair
Sure of my lines - nobody there
Don't you love a farce; my fault I fear
I thought that you'd want what I want - sorry my dear
But where are the clowns - send in the clowns
Don't bother they're here
Isn't it rich, isn't it queer
Losing my timing this late in my career
But where are the clowns - send in the clowns
Well maybe next year
My Grandmother best person in this world passed away this morning from Parkinson's and dementia..... Starting as a young child I would always play this song on my piano for her. It was her favorite. Thanks for posting this and playing it so perfectly.
What a beautiful memory. Sorry for your loss.
Music is beauty that we can hear, and you shared that with her, what a gift.
My 97 year old aunt just died from dementia this month. Anyway I grew up loving this song, so soft, sublime 🎵
One of the greatest song ever written..
Absolutely 🤗☀️
Tonya Harding's long program brought me here. I had no idea what her music was in her program. NOW I do. You play piano BEAUTIFULLY! Piano is one of my favorite instruments. Thank you for your talent and displaying it for us all! :D
A beautiful performance. Thank you!
when I hear this song, I remember growing up with it and just how beautiful it was .... nicely done Grazie Molto ...
You can play it much better than I can. This is beautiful!
This is great! I’ve been playing piano pretty intensely for just over a year now. To learn things quickly RUclips is your friend of course. But now I want to learn from sheet music. I’ve chosen this piece as a starter because I’ve always loved the song. I am trying hard to purely learn it from the score, but having this video as a little ‘cheat’ sheet, especially with phrasing and fingering is a real asset. Your playing is beautiful, thank you. You’re really helping me on my journey.
Glad it could help, enjoy!
Beautiful playing and beautiful sound
Beautifully played 👍👍🎹🎹

Isn't it rich?
Are we a pair?
Me here at last on the ground
You in mid-air
Send in the clowns
Isn't it bliss?
Don't you approve?
One who keeps tearing around
One who can't move
Where are the clowns?
Send in the clowns
Just when I stopped
Opening doors
Finally knowing the one that I wanted was yours
Making my entrance again with my usual flair
Sure of my lines
Noone is there
Don't you love a farce?
My fault, I fear
I thought that you'd want what I want
Sorry my dear
But where are the clowns?
Send in the clowns
Don't bother
They're here
Well maybe next year ....
So nice

hello! I love your video and been listening to your cover for about 3 years! I finally just got a piano and wondered if I could download the sheet music somewhere? The link in the description seems to be dead!
Hi Adam, thank you so much for your work. I learnt the p!nk 'who knew' piece that you posted years ago. I managed it but couldn't play it like you did in the video. I tried to follow the link for the sheets for this but it doesn't work. Is there any way to access them?
Gosh, how do you have different beats for the left and right hands? 1:07 to 1:15
Listen to Arabesque No. 1 by Claude Debussy. It has a LOT of this triplet eighth note combination
Excuse me, what the key is in that song?
Dude, sorry but the link you provided does not take one to the sheet music. Could you help me find the sheet music to the version you are playing?
+LeatherCladVegan Oh man, that first change into the IV chord, that is so beautiful. The reason I can't work it out by ear is cause I'm terrible on piano and have to play everything in C or D, plus the piano is in another room so I have to memorise what I hear, then transpose it. Kinda tough because I suck. Please help :|
🇧🇷🎧
Could you please post a link to the sheet music? I can't find one in the key you're playing in.
