If that couple had an infant and there was screaming and fighting in the middle of the night.. likely they were fighting about the child crying waking them up and over who should tend to baby. The mom probably had lack of sleep and postpartum psychosis.

Not that hard to convey the facts. “LAND LORD didn’t go check the body for life untill the 911operator told him to, when he called 911”(the girls DAD was prolly the land lord, why else would she call him instead of 911, and she was worried about being late for work😂)
“Neibor heard screaming but didn’t call 911 at the time” (indicating this happened often)
And how was the little kid hit by a car and the other one wasn’t ? Did the kid not pick up her sister and bring her to the side of the rd when she got up and ran to the side of the rd?
