The Amish vary across communities and this assumption of them all is not factual. I know many Amish who have fallen into the SAD trap and eat A LOT of ultra processed foods. They are also suffering with SAD diseases. Yes they definitely eat more vegetables and whole grains but the rest of this video 🤔

Have you ver eaten farm raised livestock or eaten farm raised eggs. A totally different type of protein.
