    "The garden is always bigger than the house.". I was raised on an old German immigrant farm in michigan. And yes, the garden was a lot larger than the house. And we had fruit trees and berry vines.And I still remember the smell of canning and pickling the harvest.

    This is how my family have grown since we lived in Italy and now here in Australia and I have passed this onto my children too 👍

    私はアーミッシュについて子どもの頃に知りました。彼らは馬や馬車を持っています。
    私の育った庭は家よりももっと大きく、馬も自動車もなかったです。
    しかし、野菜や果物、たくさんの花が咲いていました。私は小さく生まれ、虚弱でいくらかのアレルギーがありましたが、それらのような安全な食物で成長することが出来ました。母は備蓄庫を満たし、パッチワークのキルトを縫い、編み物をし、洋服を縫い、様々な料理をし、草刈りや芝刈り、植物を育て、竹の林を剪定し続けました。日本人の母は台湾から日本に帰国した人で、西や東の様々な料理を作る事が得意でした。母が簡単に焼くパンやシュークリーム、中華ちまきや春巻き、日本食も大好きでした。祖父は外交官で家族と一緒に台湾にいましたが、帰国してフランス語を教えていたと聞いています。日本です🇯🇵私の姉もパッチワークのキルトを縫うのが得意です。

    Amish people have kids that have to eat special food. The Amish and minnight eat no different than we do.

    The Amish vary across communities and this assumption of them all is not factual. I know many Amish who have fallen into the SAD trap and eat A LOT of ultra processed foods. They are also suffering with SAD diseases. Yes they definitely eat more vegetables and whole grains but the rest of this video 🤔

      Have you ver eaten farm raised livestock or eaten farm raised eggs. A totally different type of protein.
