    ----
    WHO IS JIANG YU SHAN:
Jiang Yu Shan (Hisham Al-Haroun) has lived 30 years in Taiwan practicing Kung Fu and Qigong. He is most notably known for being the master of the monkey style and inheritor of the Monkey Fist Door but he is also a master in Tai Chi, Bagua Zhang, Wing Chun, Xin Yi Ba and Wu Zhu Quan.
Jiang is a 33rd generation Shaolin disciple and has been nominated 9th Dan (or “Duan”) in Chinese Kung Fu. In addition, he comes from a wrestling family and is well-rehearsed in other martial arts such as catch wrestling (he has a good relationship with the notorious CACC Snake Pit in Japan).
Not only that, Jiang also worked as a special forces (CMC.SCC) drill instructor for over 10 years teaching hand-to-hand combat, tactical raid, entry team tactics, knife fighting and hostage rescue to Taiwanese special ops. Before that he was an army paratrooper in the German military where he got his initial military education.
Due to his respected status in Taiwan’s society and his high expertise in self-defence, he has served as a bodyguard for several Taiwanese presidents and presidential candidates. A foreigner working as a bodyguard for a president is extremely rare and unheard of in almost any country in the world.
To test his martial arts skills and proficiency in practice, Jiang has competed in various kickboxing, Sanda, MMA and Karate competitions, winning 7 gold medals. His biggest victory was winning the All Japan Karate MMA competition 2016 in Tokyo, Japan at the age of 45.
Jiang has 40 years of training in Kung Fu and has operated as a respected teacher since he was in his twenties. Now, he is a grandmaster who comes from very rare and pure lineages of Kung Fu and Qigong. This is why his teachings are not only very unique but also more effective than many of the commercial forms of Qigong or Kung Fu you see today.
It’s our privilege and honour to showcase his skills to the broader audience. Enjoy!

This form is a combination of techniques and principles of xinyi, taiji and monkeyfist. It's part of the master's Trinity System. Who is Jiang Yu Shan: ruclips.net/video/QYhStCO_lJc/видео.html
If you are interested in learning similar Kung Fu, "Internal & External Kung Fu" by Jiang Yu Shan has Monkey style Xinyi ba and "Monkey Fist Door 24 Warrior Qigong Set" has many similar movement patterns as well. This, however, is more advanced form and fundamentals need to be mastered first.

When you get into Taiji Chuan, it's all like that. The "movement" & "health" tai chi is what most people think when they talk about taiji, it's far more open and empty in comparison. And I agree with you, this guy has excellent movement.

Greetings. I’m not a real young guy but “Monkey” systems have always interested me. Most of my training comes from various places but my main training was in Taiwan. I will not reveal my Sifu’s name for now. Was harsh, tons of rolling on concrete at “New Park.”
He required I learn several routines of Northern Longfist before he taught me monkey.
I stayed in Taiwan for 6 months practicing everyday and sometimes evenings.
I won’t make this long but for some strange reason, the sequence you are demonstrating somehow feels “right” even though it is very different from what I learned.
    Good Stuff!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🕉☸️☯️❤️

@@thimo6295you can’t see yin/yang separating. When we are at one with ourselves and centered this is Wuji. When Yin/Yang begin to separate the breathing condenses and your Yi draws your Qi to your lower Dan Tian. This in turn raises your spirit of vitality, and draws an insubstantial energy to your upper Dan Tian and out through your Bai Hui. This is the beginning of Yin/Yang separation. Both are internal and invisible. The physical aspect of Taiji hands separating and combining together to form a ball are just representations of what’s actually happening internally. There is a another form that is being played on the inside, while the physical form is played on the outside. Taijiquan uses both the internal and the external equally.
