Yeah, go to a yoga studio, trust me it's alot nicer at a studio. Find the right teacher and place (relaxing atmoshpere) and your going to become hooked!

Glad to see Sasha looking healthy...I know figure skaters tend to be on the thin side but if you look at her performance from 2010, it was shocking! IMO She looks so much prettier now :)
I think Rachel was great. It was her debut on fawn so Michelle probably allowed her to take the reign a bit
I love this interview. Its so honest, and Sasha is truly inspiring in her spirit, and her ability to communicate. Glad to see she does yoga, and I think Rachel is a perfect addition to the Fawn team - cant wait to see more of her!
