I couldn't believe the lack of taste, when years ago, all around POS, mankind was selling Chinese food in fold-up boxes out of a van...and it was slammin'! So it was a great pleasure to watch the preparation of this lovely meal. Yuh sen' mih down memory lane! BTW, if you (or any Trini Chinese food connoisseur) could give the name of ONE Chinese restaurant in T&T that serves food as highly flavored as this...I would be very happy. Hi, Dinesh bhai. Just a friendly reminder, table salt is very important, for the iodine it’s an important nutrient that the thyroid needs to produce certain hormones. Not getting enough iodine in the diet can to problems such as enlarged thyroid gland ( goitre). So coming back to the powder seasoning, what salt is used should be questionable.
