Two things. First I think you really need to upgrade your set up for recording live breaks like this. I've maxed out the quality on the video and am watching up close on my TV and yet I can barely make out any of the effect text on the cards. Second, I think you could make a really interesting series based on trying to a playset of almost every card in the game like you are doing in that binder you showed. RevzCards has a similar thing with his QCSR binder and somewhat with his Playing Yugioh Properly series. I've thought for a while that most TCGs have kinda abandoned set collecting to instead focus on just buying singles of the newest decks and never showing off their collections. I understand trying to collect and display things that might wow viewers maybe be hard when the Big Three are all over 25 years old at this point, but doing a series like this for a new card game might help you stand out amongst others trying to talk about and showcase Elestrals.
