This is episode 6 of the series called 'Hysterical Records' aka 'अति-हास्य' which aims to dig deep into Indian history (contemporary & ancient). In this episode we expose the lies of Home Minister of India Amit Shah about the electoral bond scheme after it was struck down by the Supreme Court for being unconstitutional & against free & fair elections.

One thing I noted very carefully even among liberal journalists is that everyone that fought against Electoral Bonds got their standing ovation, except the CPIM. What a shame that everyone is blinded by right and centrist propaganda against the left. Salute to CPIM as a model political party for standing their ground, taking a principled stand against this corruption bond, and fighting a case against it in the Supreme court by using the country's topmost lawyers by paying from their pockets. Saari political parties ne iss scheme ka faayada uthaya hai. Aab currently political parties ki funding mein black money badhega. Jitna Electoral Bonds se pata lagta tha, aab woh bhi pata nahi lagega 🤦♂️
Log iss ko Corruption, Commission, Cut money, Extortion kuch bhi bole par saari political parties aur businessman ke liye yeh 'Setting' ka paisa hai. Iss scheme ke scrap hone ka natiza yeh niklega ki aab Congress party ko donations kam milega businessman se, mark my words. And without adequate funding a political party can't be run 👍

Vikas Divyakirti in his lecture on emergency said very imp thing "whenever the government is strong, the judiciary is weak and whenever the government is weak the judiciary is strong" these both things cannot go hand in hand. But i must say with this judgement by the CJI it shows that there is hope even though we can clearly witness weakened judiciary at this time. I am really hopeful of the justice Chandrachud to be stronger and work to strive the balance of power in this democracy.
What after the last term of CJI? It's coming to an end ... And who knows what BJP will do following that...

There should be a limit on how much a political party can get donations.

This should be enough for a party for advertisement and other expenses.
