Not gonna hold you 286 yo bro u got finessed out of the true power ur putting down I would never go there again stock them cars putting above 300 u have a 3.7L
Very true. There a lot of factor at play but I was just happy to not have the car be stock.com. Plus my intentions is to not keep it N/A. when I go boosted ill look for a proper tuner.
Sorry but your tuner must be way off . My q50 awd is making 338 to the wheels .test pipes , custom exhaust . Drop in filters and a couple other small things . You should be making a lot more power . Is that a mustang dyno?
I can't remember what dyno, but that was one factor. Low reading dyno. I've gone against some other VQ's that claim 300+ but when we race its otherwise.
Aye boss, what exhaust setup you have with the test pipes? You just do muffler delete and test pipes thats it? Or more parts cuz im trynna get mine but i dont wanna miss anything
I don't doubt it. There's a lot of factors at play that some cars, even though similar, will push more power that others. Tuner, mods, Drivetrain(AWD/RWD), etc. Its 286awhp but I beat some other VQ's claiming 300+whp.
Why only 286 horsepower? I know you said you were all wheel drive. I have a 2015 Q50 premium rear wheel drive and I'm sitting at 336 horsepower stock. I plan to do E85 a couple more things and a tune. Would like to see 400 horsepower
I had the same thoughts too, because I've seen other 3.7 AWD G&Q's that made above 300whp after a tune. It could be a of factors of dynos, tuners, mods, and etc. In my own opinion the wheels were a factor to making the power that I did. Also having 3" Intakes would've gotten me over that 300whp no doubt, but I'm not planning to stay N/A that's why I didn't get them. But how are you making "336hp" Stock? Stock 3.7 Q's make 328 hp.
@@Rob_Media I was going to ask you the same question, why so low. I have a 2015 RWD Sport with ARK full system exhaust, Stillen intake and a tune. I'm pushing 329 WHP, 387 HP. I'm going to get Berk HFC and another tune and get the burble package at that time as well.
@@solotc I was puzzled as well after the tune, but maybe God wanted to preserve my motor till I taste boost.......then we can go full afghan tune and send Pistons to the moon.
My Q has the old school power steering fluid. I raced a 2014 stock Q50 with steer by wire and he was able to keep up with my tuned 286whp. Idk how much the total power steering system weigh oppose to the drive by wire but that what he was saying could be the cause to keeping up.
dont worry too much about dyno numbers. they can, and will, vary widely. dont listen to the idiot football helmet window lickers about the numbers. take it to the track, thats where it matters. your mph will let you know where you stand in terms of power.
Lmao that what I've been saying the whole time. There's going to be different variables. But some people think that all cars should make the same power. 😅
something ain't right bro , there's g35 coupes na that's making that .. there's no way his dyno was right

Not how it works, it has 330 hp at the crank, and 280 whp. These results are accurate for all 3.7s
If it’s awd is 255-265 wheel , 270-275 wheel ,RWD but with just intakes , test pipes, exhaust he should be 310+
@Selfmadejay My Q50 is AWD too...I made 285 whp stock (with mods) and 295 after my tune....
I'd never go back to that tuner again im assuming you're making anywhere between 330 and 370whp
330 is what VQ's with full bolt on's and e85 tune make. I've never heard of a VQ making 370whp without force induction.
@@Rob_Media there’s a video on admin tunings channel of a q50 making 352 to the wheels on e85 my guy
@@Rob_MediaFalse the vq makes 360-390 whp fbo. it only takes test pipes intakes tune for 330
@@jamesyeah8078 Again you have to remember that one is a AWD and not a RWD...so I have a lot of drivetrain loss.

What the other things u got done?
Live right near DB performance in MN
they no longer tune lol
dam DB dont even do tunes no more per their website
Yeah last time I tried to get a retune they were in the process of moving.....

Current set it up is Berk Resonated test pipes and invidia gemini catback exhaust. The vid is on the channel.
