I have been very happy with my 247 Catcher. A dual catcher is nice and I think I will get one, but I am holding out until Niantic does the new catcher plus to allow other balls to be used.
I am hoping when that opens up from Niantic that companies like PhotoFast release updated versions that also allow the other balls to be used.
I am surprised Niantic is not banning these 3rd part catchers.

I use a manual wheelchair, so having a hands free catcher is really useful for safety.
I just realized how amazing the tap feature would be as well, because I have rheumatoid arthritis which means tapping hurts my wrists and fingers.

Dude I didn’t even know about the first 247 device. I’ve been using my PokeBall+ with a rubber band and a quarter stacked on top of it to press the button automatically lol.

Having a charger over batteries would be such a nice quality of life thing! Me and my best friend would love to use these during all of our Saturday Pokémon go walks!

I have collected auto catchers for some time but was always iffy about this model. I'm glad I caught your review of it because I am considering this vs. new PoGo++ My son and I use the updated Duo Catchman but this looks.interesting.

I’ll say battle w/e was rough. Won 22 straight battles then I was given 10 bots to battle (which I couldn’t understand)? That was Sat. I didn’t play it at all on Sun.

I pre-ordered the new pokemon go plus+. Now I'm second guessing my decision.

I use a normal autocatcher with battery and every 60min. disconnect.
It’s more than enough for me.
Personally don’t like the cables. But a nice device.
What I like is the form, small, round… that’s it. I would use a foil to make it 1 colour… and use it as a keychain.
I ll wait for the release of the plus plus… hope for a autocatcher which can use all balls.
Maybe I buy one of these.

Does it only help if your level 50 because how does it help catching all those Pokémon spinning stops if you don’t have much space for both ?
Question does that adhesive effect screen protectors or cases with a front screen? Just seems like it's very strong so may pull off the screen protectors.

I do have a dual catcher right now but I’m in my second catcher overall since my first one dropped and literally shattered. It didn’t even drop that far!

For Raids - I use Android. I downloaded "Auto Clicker". I set it up to continuously tap in 3 parts of the screen. No device necessary.
I'd be annoyed with this device for that purpose but the auto catcher is awesome. Too bad I don't have time to play anymore.
Good to see PokeAK's face. I don't remember him showing it before 2021 (the year I quit playing.....can't bring myself to return due to the FOMO, Constant Events, unfair pokemon battles due to hackers, and other things Niantic kept pushing. I miss it and have plans to return again. This device will be something I purchase to do so.
I keep running out of regular pokeballs and I work on a pokestop lol. These things do work. Especially in the winter when I want to keep my hands warm or when I'm driving.

How you keep the screen on? My phone only give me 30 min screen on and the start with screen protector im using samsung
Not worth it as of now imo, as they're about to release the go++ thing with mega/ultra ball function. I've had positive experience with the official go+ autocatcher sofar so my only hope is that the ++ will be smaller and easier to actually make autocatch (wrapping the string around the button is seriously stupid). I usually do autocatch for 1 hr or so on my way back from work so I don't really need the auto-reconnect anyway. Thanks for the information!
A 247 catcher would be amazing since spawns here are only in the city and I never have time to catch all of the spawns
My dual catcher has stopped catching and spinning. Seems this is strange as the new NIANTIC name brand is being released in a few days.
How about will it throw blue and back balls if not a hard pass till other devices

My Gotcha Evolve died on me randomly a few days ago and it can't charge. I've tried message the company but no response, so I'm probably going to be getting one of these 247 catchers

It works also great, but it works with batteries, and now the holder broke and the batteries come out constantly.

I have been using Gocha for several years now and I don’t see why it is worse than this device. I want to buy a new version of Plus++, but I'm not in a hurry with this purchase.
Niantic has announced a new autocather. I hope they will still allow third party devices after introduction.

Hey mate, just wondering. I saw pokedaxi's video. Im wondering how fast it is at catching. I'm going to be waiting for the ultra/great ball auto throws but i want to know if its fast enough to catch clusters when walking at a solid speed.

Catching Pokémon in a car is hard so this will be useful.

I seriously hate these devices. Not for what they do, but rather that you're paying for a feature that could easily be implemented into the game itself rather than shelling out 50+ dollars for a simple action.
Now niantic is jumping on board with their iteration, making us again, pay for something that should be a core feature just so we don't have to constantly look down at our phones if we want to play this while out and about.
It leads to a sort of contradiction with the games/ Niantics philosophy, as one of the core features is catching, but if you're walking around a city; a place that's ideal for playing because of the numerous stops and spawns, you can't simultanously catch and spin consistently and also enjoy the walk otherwise you're head is buried in your phone all day. The game urges you to look down because of FOMO but it ruins the point of going outside.
Not sure how to fix the dilemma honestly but my main point is that having to pay for this feature is dumb.
How do you avoid the pairing dialogue on iPhone?
