Raiden is blocked by wooden shields made by barbarian-like creatures, who can’t make very high quality weapons, and yet her weapon won’t damage it very much. She has a generic background of all her loved ones dying, and is clearly very emotionally weak. Now Raiden on the other hand, is in a league all his own. He suplexed not one, but two death machines, made a fucking invincible guy vincible, inherited the powerful sword of a legendary Brazilian samurai, liberated an AI dog from others control, became mentally unstable, then used it to kill a nihilist, he engaged an American Senator in a fight to the death using the Brazilian samurai’s sword preserved by his AI dog pal, and he won. Raiden can slice explosive, metal shields into pieces. He may have a generic backstory of all his friends dying, but he makes up for it with his emotional strength.
Oh and can we forget how he was manipulated by the AIs made by the in-game equivalent of the Illuminati and managed to stay sane, has joined forces with one of the best soldier to ever exist who considers him a friend, ally and moral successor, has destroyed multiple nuclear-armed mechas with only a rocket launcher and killed the former US president who was the perfect clone of the perfect soldier... BEFORE he became a cyborg ninja? Or how he had the highest kill count in Liberia by the age of 12?
He also beat a vampire who could read muscle movements (twice), stopped a giant submarine that weighs a giga fuckton, and a squad of nanomachine enhanced females while unarmed (literally unarmed like he didn't have his arms)

This is a problem for a lot of elemental infusion characters, there is sometimes just that one enemy that is immune to said element, invalidating half your kit

That last one’s probably the most legitimate comparison between the two. This asshat of a goddess put her entire country on auto pilot and got thousands of people killed cause of her pointless decree, meanwhile the real Raiden was on his sigma male grind set fighting for what he believed. What’s crazy is that Raiden would probably dice Raiden from Genshin in a heart beat in that situation.
The funny thing is, the Vision Hunt Decree didn't really kill anyone. The only ones she killed were Kazuha's friend (lost a duel against her in Tenshukaku), and La Signora (lost a duel against the Traveler in Tenshukaku) She did try to kill Thoma (100th victim of the decree, which warranted a ceremony showcasing the Musou no Hitotachi), and the Traveler twice

Please consider: despite being originally created so that the fans like him, Raiden is an interesting, complex character that feels like a real person, not a shallow husk of a character with nothing but the looks. You also can tell that the events of the games had an impact on him, he's well-written and players can sympathize with him. That, I think, is even better than just not being made for fanservice.:)

The booba sword actually can very easily get spammed to high heaven once you realize how much uptime you're getting with it and how Energy Recharge BUFFS Raiden Shogun's damage Seriously, you can even get your burst back up and ready for when cooldown is off within the duration of the previous one, and already the burst does crazy high amounts of damage. Once buffs from supports come into play, you basically one shot almost everything in the game

"Genshin raiden can slash a whole island off a continent!" If you look at the game's map, you can see the gap get wider as the slash travels, indicating that it was the SHOCKWAVE that cut off the island, NOT using an oversized version of her blade. this means that if MGR raiden is close by, he could dodge [given his superhuman reflexes]. Genshin Raiden may be able to perform the feat again and again, but MGRaiden would be able to do some substantial damage to her before she could perform another slash- especially if he uses the Fox Blade or Armor Breaker, since they can bypass armor. He could also use the Stun Blade, which has flat chance of allowing him to instantly kill an opponent after a swing. Or he could use the Wooden Blade, which has a chance to knock out an opponent, leaving Genshin Raiden open for a decapitating blow. And besides, MGRaiden has access to weapons Genshin will never have seen before, meaning she won't know how to counter them [For example the Bloodlust Scissor Blades].
Not sure if this is a joke or not but if it's not, Raiden Shogun is as fast as lightning. Also she cut several islands in one shot ACCIDENTALLY. In fact, Venti, a much weaker archon, can manipulate the weather of an entire country. She can fight for 500 years without breaks. She can also teleport and cut through space and time.

She is way faster than Raiden and can teleport away from his attacks. She can fight for 500 years without any break so she has more stamina and durability. She has better hax. Also way more experience, she's been fighting for 2000+ years and all sword and polearm techniques in Inazuma originated from her.
@@ilikecheese5832 The shield thing is a gameplay mechanic.... Also the shockwave thing is not relevant. When Ei slashes with her weapon, she can shoot out electric slashes. That is what cut the islands. And she only used because she was fighting an island-sized god so normal slashes was not effective. Against human-sized opponents, she is a melee fighter who get close to kill her enemy. Raiden has good reflexes but Ei literally has lightning speed reflexes + teleportation.

Oh and can we forget how he was manipulated by the AIs made by the in-game equivalent of the Illuminati and managed to stay sane, has joined forces with one of the best soldier to ever exist who considers him a friend, ally and moral successor, has destroyed multiple nuclear-armed mechas with only a rocket launcher and killed the former US president who was the perfect clone of the perfect soldier... BEFORE he became a cyborg ninja? Or how he had the highest kill count in Liberia by the age of 12?
He also beat a vampire who could read muscle movements (twice), stopped a giant submarine that weighs a giga fuckton, and a squad of nanomachine enhanced females while unarmed (literally unarmed like he didn't have his arms)

Please consider: despite being originally created so that the fans like him, Raiden is an interesting, complex character that feels like a real person, not a shallow husk of a character with nothing but the looks. You also can tell that the events of the games had an impact on him, he's well-written and players can sympathize with him. That, I think, is even better than just not being made for fanservice.:)

Raiden In Genshin: no background music, boob sword that can be used like once

The booba sword actually can very easily get spammed to high heaven once you realize how much uptime you're getting with it and how Energy Recharge BUFFS Raiden Shogun's damage
Seriously, you can even get your burst back up and ready for when cooldown is off within the duration of the previous one, and already the burst does crazy high amounts of damage. Once buffs from supports come into play, you basically one shot almost everything in the game
She made a gigantic ravine with one slash of her sword but we never see her do it on screen so it doesn’t count

The Ice Mage is a champion specialized in the Mage/Lane Control role.
It was revealed during the 2032 exclusive PeekStream Program di Riot Games, as a partnership with Supercell, and later released that same year, along 2 skins (Warped Core, Gilded)
His preferred build are MD/AS or full MD, as his passive makes auto-attacks a very prominent feature in his arsenal.
Many tho prefer to actively build AD, as to make full use of the passive ability, to increase push potential. This unusual build is referred as "True Ice Wiz".
He possesses the following skills:
PASSIVE (Mage Hands): Auto-Attacks deal MD instead of AD. 100% AD * 2 is turned into a shield that lasts for 20 seconds when getting to less than 25% life. Shield's health multiplier scales with level of the champion (+0.4 multiplier per level of the champion). This ability can be triggered once every 80 seconds.
Q (Icicle Bolt): Launches an icicle projectile forward that deals 30(Scales with level) + 33% MD to anything it hits (can hit more than one target, up to 3). If it hits a minion, it splits into 4 smaller icicles that deal 25% MD of the original icicle, targeting minions or champions, prioritizing champions. Anything that is hit by the main projectile or the split projectile is applied a Frozen effect for 5 seconds, that slows down enemy Speed and AS by 25% (Can stack with W's passive)
W (Frozen Mastery): (Passive: accumulates Frost Charges when hitting enemies with auto attacks. Max 5. One Frozen Charge expires after 30 seconds. When having 3 or more Frost Charges, Auto Attacks apply a Frozen debuff to enemy champions for 5 seconds that slows Speed and AS by the number of slow charges * 5%, and consumes 3 charges.) Consumes all Frozen Charges: Auto attacks get increased range and speed(scales with level and frozen charges consumed + 1) and have a small AoE effect for 5 seconds (the Frozen effect is applied by the AoE as well).
E (Sheer Cold): (Passive: 50% reduced slowdown effects and 25% decreased duration of slowdown effects) All enemies nearby get affected by "Sheer Cold" and slows enemies down by 10% for 10 seconds. When an enemy with "Sheer Cold" is hit, 33% of the damage BEFORE CALCULATING REDUCTION is turned into True Damage. RECAST (after 2 seconds): The AD and MD of all nearby champions affected with Sheer Cold is reduced by 100% for 7 seconds.
R (It's Snowdown!): Targets an area in an enormous range of distance, charges for 4 seconds telegraphing target area for the last 2 seconds of the charge, then summons a medium-big sized snowstorm at target area that lasts 6 seconds (Scales with level). The storm inflicts "Sheer Cold" and slows enemy champions down by 33%, scaling with the leftover duration of the storm.

And Raiden from MGRR calmly cut out huge 1000-ton robots made of pure steel that can survive a nuclear attack. And he cut out this robot, even when he was in a weak form, and then he got an upgrade of the suit, and then he returned to his nature, to Jack the Ripper.

If you look at the game's map, you can see the gap get wider as the slash travels, indicating that it was the SHOCKWAVE that cut off the island, NOT using an oversized version of her blade. this means that if MGR raiden is close by, he could dodge [given his superhuman reflexes]. Genshin Raiden may be able to perform the feat again and again, but MGRaiden would be able to do some substantial damage to her before she could perform another slash- especially if he uses the Fox Blade or Armor Breaker, since they can bypass armor. He could also use the Stun Blade, which has flat chance of allowing him to instantly kill an opponent after a swing. Or he could use the Wooden Blade, which has a chance to knock out an opponent, leaving Genshin Raiden open for a decapitating blow. And besides, MGRaiden has access to weapons Genshin will never have seen before, meaning she won't know how to counter them [For example the Bloodlust Scissor Blades].

Not sure if this is a joke or not but if it's not, Raiden Shogun is as fast as lightning. Also she cut several islands in one shot ACCIDENTALLY. In fact, Venti, a much weaker archon, can manipulate the weather of an entire country. She can fight for 500 years without breaks. She can also teleport and cut through space and time.

His comment makes no sense. Raiden did not use sword to cut islands. She used a polearm. And it's wasn't even her full power. She is way faster than Raiden and can teleport away from his attacks. She can fight for 500 years without any break so she has more stamina and durability. She has better hax. Also way more experience, she's been fighting for 2000+ years and all sword and polearm techniques in Inazuma originated from her.
@@ilikecheese5832 The shield thing is a gameplay mechanic.... Also the shockwave thing is not relevant. When Ei slashes with her weapon, she can shoot out electric slashes. That is what cut the islands. And she only used because she was fighting an island-sized god so normal slashes was not effective. Against human-sized opponents, she is a melee fighter who get close to kill her enemy. Raiden has good reflexes but Ei literally has lightning speed reflexes + teleportation.
