The cooked ingredients you would be able to freeze for a few months (about 3), so you make a batch divide it up into portions and freeze, you would be able to have crunch wraps whenever you want, just pop it into the microwave. I was made redundant yesterday so thanks for a bit of cheer.

Do refried beans on the tortilla then the meat, nacho cheese, then a tostada shell with sour cream/guacamole spreaded on the tostada shell then your veggies. If you have a winco in the meat section they normally have giant tortillas that work perfect without having to use another tortilla!!
