Having the knee pads on the tank really completes the cafe style, plus it saves the tank paint. Enjoy the videos as always from USA.

Cheers John you should check out this link, www.royalenfield.com/uk/en/our-world/since-1901/ Royal Enfield are the longest ongoing produces of motorcycles since 1901 but the name Royal Enfield has been with us since 1893, quite an interesting read, surprised you only know BSA and Triumph as Enfield's where exported to the states at the same time, mind you nowhere around the same amount I suppose, anyway thanks And RSM8.

Looks classic with the Motone pads on they finish the tank off properly. The video shows an easy job done easily shadow is looking good my friend

Nice one, yes I've found them to be great quality and the 3m sticky pads are holding perfect, no sign of wear at all. RSS.
God Skeggy you are such a man.. you can tell the bikes model year and probably even have a good guess at the registration plate just by listening to it but you can't get into a bottle of nail polish :D
Hahaha! cheers bro, yep that sounds about right eh! lol, apparently I was doing it all wrong, she told me when she saw the video that ya don't tip it up but just push the top down and it magically appears in the little cup thingy on top, lol, told her she's lucky I didn't just slice it open with a Stanley knife to get to it, lol, Take Care Mate.
Nice job too mate, clean, tidy and I agree the 3M tape is a much better option then glueing onto the tank.
Cheers bro, yeah I didn't like the idea of gluing it on or even scotch brite-ing the tank, and after all 3M as never let me down, TCM8.
They look spot on mate. I use brake cleaner for them sort of jobs (just a personal preference ). I think the reason some people drag it out is they haven't got a clue or much common sense 🤔.

Your probably right, i had to ask the mrs what dawn fresh was lol, i must say the satin paints great and not had any problems, but a was a tad concerned as never worked with it before, cheers RSM8.
